Autolab UK’s service was very very good. Zed in particular, he showed us the car which spoke for itself really. I need to speak to my local specialist to check the air suspension but other than that, the car is fine. Sold car with a 12 mth warranty. Their showroom is worth a look I’ve got to say. If we had the grandchildren with us on the day, I’m sure they would have been kept busy with something to do whilst we we’re having a look at the car. Easy going atmosphere, pleasant experience.

I knew exactly what I was looking for and what spec, which was the Audi Q7. I live a good distance from Autolab. I contacted them on the Wednesday and spoke to Zed, who was spot on. I said I wanted full transparency. He sent me over absolutely everything about the vehicle and even spent an hour on FaceTime. When I rocked up to the dealership, first impressions are massive, and you can tell they invest in their appearance. I noticed that one of the door projectors that project the Audi sign wasn't working. He said to order the parts, and they will reimburse me, which they did straight away. 100% recommend!
