I purchased a car from Autoroute Car Centre. Initial service was good however the car wasn't prepared particularly well and there were a number of minor issues. The biggest problem is that the vehicle was advertised as having full service history. It does not. I have been round and round in circles with the garage and fobbed off on numerous occasions. Yes the pricing is competitive however they are falsely advertising their cars and therefore can not be trusted. They also only supplied one key. Again fobbed off. I would not recommend.

Buy a bmw from Autoroute car centre on the understanding it has run flat tyres. So wife and baby won’t get stuck on side of road. Few months later she gets a puncture. The tyres autoroute put on my car which that say on the paper work they did. Are not run flats. I rang to ask for explanation and all I got was fobbed of going round round in circles with the owner. He said all they could do was supply me with can of £4 spray if it happens again. And that was after he checked all the paper work. Absolute joke. Now I have to fork out for new tyres. Won’t be recommending them

We take great care to prepare all of our vehicles thoroughly , this includes independent MOT's , an additional Safety Inspection and indeed the fitting of New Tyres where required. We do not have our own tyre fitting bay , we use two different independent tyre retailers . Your vehicle required two new tyres , these were both on the same axle. We were informed by the tyre retailer that "non run flats " are a viable and acceptable option and are widely fitted throughout the industry on BMW vehicles. The correct size , load and speed rating tyres were supplied and fitted to your vehicle. An emergency tyre inflate can was also supplied for you. The vehicle was supplied to you fully prepared and in a safe roadworthy condition. Should you wish to discuss this further please contact our office at your convenience. Purchased my new LR3 Friday 22nd March 2019, one or two minor issues which were rectified by a very professional team. Their staff are very polite and courteous, nothing was too much for them. They looked after us from start to finish. I would not hesitate to strongly recommend this company. A first class team at Autoroute Car Centre with first class products.

A very professional garage where they truly care about customer service and sell exceptional cars. I would recommend asking for Craig as he was very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. If I need another car in the future I would not hesitate to deal with Autoroute Car Centre again

I don't agree my experience was poor customer service. Micheal was just ignorant never returned calls just pond life. Would not trust any of these people. Very poor after sales service is non existent
We bought a used van (they don't usually sell vans, but it was a part exchange) for a good price a few months ago. Shortly after the purchase, there was a problem with the turbo, but they were happy to take it in and sort it out without any quibbles. Good to find a dealer that's trustworthy and sticks to their word. We would recommend and buy from again.

Just purchased a used car through Craig at autoroute car centre - fantastic car and what a good guy he is - so simple no hassle and car looked amazing on pick up today couldn’t be more pleased 😍 would recommend to all 100% an will definitely return when exchange time come !! 5 star all day cheers Craig
After viewing a 3 series at Autoroute Car Centre I put £500 deposit down to secure the vehicle. When i got home, I read many poor reviews about this garage. Needless to say, I started looking very closely at the vehicle I bought and if I'm really honest, started to pick holes purely because of the reviews I had read. I raised a number of concerns with the garage and Rob dealt with every issue I raised immediately and fully. After returning to pay the remaining £7500, I took the car away and within a couple of hundred miles I had a warning light appear but the garage dealt with this swiftly. I can honestly say after putting down my deposit and reading the naff reviews that I thought I had lost £500. But these guys have gone above and beyond both pre sale and aftercare to ensure that my car is what it should be. Definitely recommend.

Will not recommend to anyone,after looking at a car i put a £1500 deposit down,drove it home (40miles)with turbo pipe off,boot leaked with water was filing up quick aswel as a rear light,nothing but problems only to find out its been in an accident,told them i don't want car and want full refund,they declined and threatened to call police.. I have emailed\phoned for them to send paperwork of all work done to car so could pass to fianace,they didn't even bother and don't even care so now i got the ombudsman involved...
First class service , friendly staff quick and easy transaction nothing was too much trouble highly recommendedl
