Great customer service from John and Karl. John took time to discuss my requirements over the phone and Karl was just as helpful when doing a test drive in one of their cars. It was perfect for my needs and they had it ready to be picked up the following week. No.pressure sales, and the whole process was so easy. Thank you!

So have been today to pick up my new car which I paid for on Monday and today been Thursday the 5th Dec. Effortless service. Karl the salesguy couldn't be more helpful. Great service. Great value. One happy customer.

After buying a car previously about 2 yrs ago with no problems or breakdowns. I bought another car about 6 weeks ago. I must say I have no problems or breakdowns with this vehicle too. It is very comfortable everything work, a lovely drive with lots of extras and a good price.There was no pressure to buy. Gave plenty of time to look around. Steve the salesman was a great, very helpful, explaining all the features of the car and how to use them. Would recommend Birkbrow Motor Company to family and friends.

Went to view a 2014plate Nissan juke week commencing Mon 7/10/24. The vehicle was like new. Only 24k miles, FULL Nissan serviced history, 2 owners. Full leather upholstery, sat nav, cameras, packed with extras. Steve & John were fantastic. Relaxed and very knowledgeable. By Saturday the Juke was sitting proudly on my driveway. Will definitely buy from these guys again.

We recently bought a car from Steve. The experience was probably one of the best I have had in buying a car. The level of attention to detail was outstanding and far in excess of the previous Peugeot Main Dealer purchase from Wingrove Newcastle. Steve could not have done more to ensure the car was presented in as new condition.

We had a very bad experience from a car dealer.we had a car from birkbrow 3yrs ago,so had a look on line.near closing time when we rang to enquire about a red hatchback, but Steve brought it to our house to view it, he has gone above and beyond to help,as we had ended up with no car,and my wife needs transport.
