Bought our new car here and it was a breath of fresh air dealing with Steve. Very honest about the car and couldn't have been more helpful in all our questions. It was a long trip for us from Edinburgh but Steve was very informative about the car we were interested in before we set out and had everything ready for us to take the car for a test drive and then buy it the next morning. After dealing with the dissapointing service on the more mainstream dealers I couldn't be happier knowing I bought our car from a friendly independent dealer such as Birkbrow but also got the car a good £800 cheaper than I could find elsewhere for the same condition.
