When I first went to have a look around, John allowed me time to browse with no pressure. Although I had my eye on a particular Megane, I really appreciated not being pounced on and being given time to look at other cars too. Organised a test drive of the car and it drove great. I noticed a tiny couple of marks on the rear bumper and John organised for the whole rear bumper to be resprayed (all included in the price of the car). Little touches like this really impressed me.
