Having had issues with an earlier car (Review on this site of the Fiesta) I can honestly say the Birkbrow Motor Company have redeemed themselves. My parents were looking for another car so we decided to 'test the waters' and have a look. Thankfully the salesman We had previously had problems no longer works there, Karl. As it turns out this idiot had been fired in May, a con artist to say the least. Any body else who has had a stand off with bloke please do not judge Birkbrow with a nagative standpoint now. My parents purchased a lovely 12 plate Fiat Panda and the service is, I'm happy say once again superb. Now running with the original owner Paul and his wife. Paul made a cracking deal with my Mum and Dad and I would hesitate to go back and purchase another vehicle off Birkbrow Motors again. Ten out of ten.

recently purchased 2 cars from birkbrow for my wife an daughter and we have all been more than satisfied and pleased with our buys. We had never bought from this garage before so we were a little apprehensive to begin with but within a very small amount of time we knew we had made the correct decision. alot of nice cars with very down to earth (non pushy) salesman. will definetly buy from this garage again

just bought a nice little car for my son from birkbrow a few weeks ago. i cannot fault the garage one bit. we found there staff very helpful very knowledgable and very patient. as my son could not decide which car he liked. we bought from birkbrow because they came highly recommended from some of my work mates and will have no problem buying from them again. good people selling good cars

having read these negitive reviews i would like to say myself and my family have bought 6 cars in the last 10 years off this garage and had no problems at all with our cars we have allways found the sales staff there very helpfull would recomend anybody to buy.

Bought a 09 Ford Fiesta 1.4 Tdci with 23,000 on the clock, a very clean and smart car. I also had the Guardx paint treatment applied upon purchase (£300 worth). From day one I had issues with the vehicle, struggling to pull away uphill and a lack of power. Reported to Birkbrow several times who told me to go to various garages to get sorted. Six months in I have a new turbo fitted (on the advice of Ford as the original had been tampered with by previous owner) and still having the same problems. Birkbrow have, throughout this time been very unhelpful and quite willing to pass the blame onto other parties. This car is the fifth purchase from them, as my parents have also had 3 cars from them. I will not buy another car from them, and would seriously advise other buyers to do the same. They have not wanted to know once I had reported the problems about the fiesta. Very unhelpful and a disgusting attitude towards a loyal customer. Appalling service. Avoid at all costs.
