I am a Caralot customer who purchased a Jeep in April. Adding to the great reputation this dealership already has, it was the customer service that really stood out, there was no hard sell at all just nice friendly staff making things easy. I have given this car dealer a 5 for every question and they get my glowing recommendation.

Please all read my review for Caralot. I bought my car from Caralot and on the way home I became aware of some problem, as I was over half way home I thought it was best to continue home some further 60 miles, When I got home I called Caralot thinking this is were it all starts, BUT no the manager say he would get the work shop manager to call by 6pm that same evening. So at around 6.15pm the workshop manager did phone and when I explained, he stated that Caralot would bring a replacement car to me (some 150 miles away) and collect my car for repair at the same time. I email Mr N Donald with my findings and he confirm that the car would be collected to be repaired at Caralot, no problem. I am over 65 years old and it is nice to know there are still company who offers exceptional customer service and indeed CARALOT IS ONE OF THOSE COMPANIES. IF THIS IS THE SERVICE YOU WOULD LIKE THEN WHY LOOK AT ANY OTHER USED CAR DEALER , WELL WORTH THE TRAVELLING TO SEE WHAT THEY HAVE.
I have bought many cars and never liked the experience. Caralot in Derbyshire are very different. Fun with no hard sell. Good financial advice and good prices. Best of all they resolved the second hand blemishes to make this feel as new as possible. An excellent car buying experience, we will be back to Caralot for our next car.
Brilliant dealership, car was amazing value for money, no issues at all, I would score them 100 if I could. The main things that stood out were the customer service, really welcoming and extremely nice people to deal with. Honestly I really do recommend Caralot to anyone reading this review.

When I used Caralot to buy my car in Jan 2015 I was made to feel at ease as I walked around and viewed the cars, it was a really comfortable experience. I was not rushed into anything and was given time to decide etc. I would recommend their cars and their overall service that they provided me as a customer.

I have already recommend Caralot in Derby to other people I know and have come across because I believe the car I purchased was brilliant value for money. After I took the car away I did encounter a couple of issues, however to their absolute credit the dealership resolved them very quickly and efficiently. Really impressed with Caralot and everything about them.

Car Dealer Reviews has been learned that Caralot has now gone into Liquidation and thus is no longer trading.
Whilst open this dealership appeared on a TV show aired on Dave; Used Car Wars. They went head to head with another car dealership called Geoff Cox Cars.
