I found the staff and the owners more than helpful, they kept their word and you can not ask for more than that. I would reccomend this company

I bought a car in March 2016 a lovely 207 then they told me I couldn't have the car a sphere was too much work needing to be done. That was fine...then they said they'd give me a full refund apart from £50 that I paid on card and would send me a cheque for £50. That was also fine. But I never got my cheque. After trying to contact them numerous times They kept fobbing me off. So I would never go to this place for a used car and I urge other buyers to avoid this awful car company if you don't want to be treated like me.

I bought a Ford Focus from here 2 days ago and the service was amazing, couldn't ask for any better. Would defiantly recommend.

This is not a professional outfit. There is no pride in the premises or more importantly the vehicles for sale - that speaks volummes. You will see cars that are dirty with the poorest standard of cover-up paint jobs which should make you worried about whats under the bonet. I test drove a car I was actualy collecting only to find masses of covered up issues - to only then be persuaded that its just minor stuff. It absolutely wasn't. Listen people - we work hard for our money, don't spend it here, don't waste your time thinking or debating on buying a car from Cars R Us Aberdare. I drove a long way across the bridge after lots of questions over the phone to only find complete dissapointment and lies. It shouldn't be allowed. Avoid at all costs.

To anyone looking to purchase a new car please read my review I'm going to honestly inform you what this garage is exactly like. I don't review anything as a general rude but I feel compelled to write a review on cars r us. I have been toying with the idea of changing my car for ages and have always found a reason not to and to walk away! I'm not easy to please and working in sales myself I don't fall for any pitter patter sales pitch . I was met my Anthony who is anything from a stereotypical car sales man he was so pleasant and helpful he honestly couldn't have been more professional and friendly! He's amazing he deserves a pay rise and is a asset to to garage! He was more like a friend helping you than trying to sell to you he was also understanding and helpful. This brings me on to the owner I think his name was Jamie he was efficient friendly and helped get everything sorted! The cars in this garage are top notch ! I had a sline A4 and it's amazing I'm so pleased ! The quality of cars here are awesom ! All top end and ultra great prices ! The trades men here are honest and friendly and the cars and pricing are amazing ! I honestly would tell anyone to go here you will be so pleased ! Any negative reviews you read are unjust please believe me I'm a hard work 23 year old who's a bit of a petrol head who works in sales I'm probably the hardest person in the world to please !! And I'm more than pleased !!
