I bought my car pointed out what I wanted done to car, MOT, service etc. A few days and the car was ready for me to drive away. No hassle off car salesman, left to look around at your own leisure. I would recommend, lots of choice!!!!

I recently purchased a Ford Focus From there selfs a couple of weeks back brilliant price,brilliant service fully vaulted and fully serviced before I collected the vehicle If anyone is looking for a cheap and reliable car I recommend you visiting cars r us aberdare

One thing that I don't like is being lied to and this dealer lied to me without needing to. I bought a KA and dealer said it needed an MOT and would put one on the next day. I called to ask and he said all was great and to pick up vehicle up the next day as he wanted to just change the brake pads as they were low when checked. I checked the MOT database to only find it had failed the MOT on suspension and a tyre. Why he did not just say that and say he'll get it sorted is beyond me. When I buy the next car I won't be going back here. No because of the car but if he thinks he can lie to me I have to question what else he lies about. My advise is tread carefully here as if a salesman lies it's best to stay away.

I purchased a Ford Transit van from this dealership just before Xmas 2015. The van appeared to be sound and in good condition so I agreed to buy it. I noticed x2 tyres were not in good condition so it was agreed that they be changed. The tires were done on the day of collection and I drove the van home. On the way home I noticed the engine management and power train dashboard lights came on. I phoned the dealership to report this and was told it was due to the damp conditions at the time (lies). The next day I got in the van the battery was flat and broken so had to replace this at a cost of £90.00. I phoned a further 4 times to try and get things sorted but could not speak to the salesman who had sold me the van as I was told on all occasions he was out (no phone call returned). By this time I had had enough and sorted the dashboard lights problem myself by getting the EGR valve replaced which solved the problem (£240.00). The next day I went to open the van side door which I found had a defective lock which I have had to replace (£50). The van was advertised with an in car/ van entertainment system which was a standard Ford radio which I was promised a replacement would be sent to me in the new year (Had zero to date). I have now found out that the spare wheel is missing so have had to purchase a replacement wheel too (£45) . Although the van is in great condition the after sales service of this company is non-existent and I would recommend anyone thinking of buying a vehicle from this dealership think before buying.

Where do I start? At the beginning of the buying process I was fairly happy, however they were very hard to get hold of. I rang up and offered £1,900 and they accepted. So I put down a deposit of £200 as I was unable to see the car due to living in Gloucestershire and work commitments. We agreed on collection for the Thursday after I paid a deposit on the Friday. They called us to tell us the car had failed the M.O.T but they will put it right. Everyone's happy at this point. The Wednesday morning I had a call to say that the radio had packed in; and asked me if I minded if they put an aftermarket stereo in; to replace the broken one. I said I was happy for them to leave the current broken one and the new aftermarket one in the car. They Agreed. I rang Thursday and they told me the car won't be ready until Friday late afternoon. My father booked a day off to bring the car up to me as I sold my current car on the Wednesday night and I was left car-less. Luckily work let me borrow a car (I work in a dealership myself) They agreed to pull their finger out and sort the car out for the Friday morning, My father arrived the Friday morning after paying a deposit, insurance paid and my current car sold. To tell us that the car is no longer working properly due to a clutch issue and THEY WERE NOT WILLING TO PUT IT RIGHT. They insisted on giving the deposit back and not to put the problem right and 'couldn't afford to put the problem right' The car was apparently going to Auction. No car. Saturday morning I looked online at similar cars to find that; THE CAR WAS FOR SALE AGAIN and put an advert on Gumtree Saturday morning. What a cheek. No apology off any of the staff. No one was helpful, we had to chase them when it should be the other way round, Unprofessional and dis-functional dealership. I would most definitely NOT recommend this dealership to anybody. Disgusting attitude and awful customer service.

Where to start, no I wouldn't recommend anyone to by a car here first My partner put a deposit down on a car while we waited for the money to come through and then screen it back online a few days later for sale so I rang to see if they still had it for sale and the gave me a straight forward yes but they did say some one put a deposit ok it but gave me some nonsense about not being able to get hold of the person buying which was a complete lye as I know they spoke to my other half earlier that day. Then 2 weeks after having a car which coz quite a lot it broke on holiday and when rang the warranty to get it sorted to found out they had no recorded even it was supost 2 be a year warranty with the car, rang the garage to find out what to do and got basically told tuf they can't do a lot till the other person can in on Monday even tho this was Thursday's stuck on holiday with a broken car and 2small children, didn't have no home brake down so had to pay over four hundread pounds to be towed home and no offer or apology off of the garage, just oh well the warranty company won't pay for that. Then when we did get home and the car back to the garage they realised it was the warranty companys fault for not setting it up and the garage was going to pay for the labour as a good will gesture the only good thing to come out of this thing but then again keep getting told different days in which it would be ready finally got it back two weeks later, no problems since. Sorry for the long review but it was such a mess and spoiled my family holiday would never go back to Cars R Us in Aberdare and yes they are rude there.
