Do not use Cars 4U Ltd. I traded a van in for a car with this company and later found out a mate of his did the mot and left a whole list of things off it - some quite serious. The car was sold to me with three bold tyres as well and a radio that doesn’t work which I did not notice at the time. I’ve tried to return the vehicle within the 30 return policy and they are refusing to take it back. They then did say that they would pay for the tyres and tracking to be done and a legitimate mot at a garage of my choosing. Having had the work done at the garage the then refused to reimburse me. They also gave me an invoice £400 short of what I paid for the vehicle and also refuse to correct that saying that was the price that we negotiated - some 22% discount in my favour. As if. I have checked companies house and it would appear they have no money in the bank to fulfil the warranties they offer hence my predicament. I would seriously avoid this company!

Hi Ryan, were very sorry that you feel this way but find your review a little unfair, at the time the discussion regarding the tyres took place it was un be known to us that you had travelled just short of 2000 miles in the space of 3 weeks which is when you noticed the wear on the front tyres not at the time of purchase as stated in your review adding to this the miss use of the car brought to our attention in a extremely excessive speeding ticket (in excess of 100mph) received from the DVLA which we have forwarded on to you. I may also add the car in question was a part exchange that had only just arrived and was prepped for you in a short amount of time given your financial situation and you needing the cash difference in your favour from your part exchange. I was not aware of any problems with your radio and would be happy to have it rectified if you would like to bring the car down to our garage. Thanks, Chris.
We bought a 2nd hand car for our Granddaughter from Cars4u Ltd. The car itself is in pristine condition and an excellent buy .The service we received was second to none ,The professionalism and knowledge off all the staff was outstanding .The package we were given and free delivery were an added bonus.We have bought numerous cars in the past from different car show rooms and the whole experience of buying from here far surpasses any we have dealt with previously ,from the Management to the delivery driver everyone was very friendly and helpful.We highly recommend them.

I bought a second hand van from Cars4u and was very pleased with the van, the price and the trade in value of my old car. Unfortunately after a month the clutch had a complete sudden failure that could not be seen coming. The guys at Cars4u were on it as soon as I called and it was fixed in good time.

We Bought a Mazda from Cars4U LTD and the service was very good. There was a few issues with the car but the dealership took it back to get it all fixed an gave us a courtesy car while we waited for it to be fixed. The car was delivered to us which was handy as we live quite far away. I would recommend.

Was sold a car that has multiple problems from the start! I don't live near them so having to go back and get it fixed was costing me money. Eventually demanded a refund and after arguing profusely, I managed to get it. Cost me money in insurance and car tax and travelling so I am out of pocket. Would not trust Cars4U at all.
I would 100% recommend cars4u, from the moment I arrived (without an appointment) Tom was happy to help and get the car out of the show room for us so we could have a proper look at it, we also wanted to test drive the car and this was no trouble as they dropped what they were doing and took us out to test it straight away. They couldn't do enough for us and we are more than happy with our new family car :)
Friendly staff and great service , big thanks to all of the staff at cars4-u. Will be recommending to family and friends and would buy another car from them without a shadow of a doubt.
Get the vehicle checked over by the AA before considering purchase. My advice is keep well away from this retailer they seem very doggy.
