I brought a used jaguar from Chris a couple of months ago and all I can say is what a pleasure. I had to come a long way so he must of spent hours taking pictures and telling me all the things I needed to know on the phone before I came. Absolutely brilliant car dealers! So friendly and knowledgable, didn't feel any pressure to buy (like you do in most showrooms) Resolved an issue quickly and professionally, explained everything in detail AND when I actually chose the car I wanted, they had it ready for the next day to test drive and the following day ready to collect. Couldn't fault them! Brilliant guys! Would definitely recommend to friends and family!
Went into for a look around on a Saturday, saw an Audi that i wanted, bought the car after going on a test drive and the guys there dropped it to my house on the Monday morning free of charge! couldn't of asked for better service. I would Definitely recommend these guys! And thanks Tom for sorting it out for me so quickly.
This is my 2nd car from these guys. I can honestly say that i have had a great experience both times. They always seem to be a friendly bunch of people and treated me like an old friend when i came in to get my second car.
I bought a car from cars4u a month ago after 2 weeks I had nothing but problems with it. Took the car back a number of times to be fobbed off. When they finally took it to the garage a number of faulty things were found. Mike the so called manager promised me a curtesy car to then say I couldn't have one after I went a week with no car just a lot of bills to pay due to them. I now will be having my money back and the car I traded in. I will never ever use this garage again the rob people's money. I thought Mike was very rude and meniplative I will be reporting them to trading standards they should be closed down. Please stop people using them I wouldn't wish what I went through upon anyone.

We have had exactly the same experience BUYERS BEWARE, get the car checked thoroughly by a mechanic prior to purchase The warranty is not worth paper its written on (in fact you don't get a copy of the warranty just verbal lies)
Sold me a dodgy BMW and wouldn't pay for repairs although I had a 12 month unconditional warranty, so I had to pay £700 for new ECU! We have spoken to trading standards who are dealing with them!

Hi, we feel your review is a little misleading and wanted add to your comments to give a full description of the situation. We had your BMW in for a problem with the ecu and our garage explained to us that the damage was caused by you parking the car under a tree and the debris/leaves caused the drainage holes in the scuttle below the windscreen become blocked, this then led to water getting in to the ecu. We did at this point replace the ecu and covered the full cost and explained what had caused the fault and that in future you needed to clear the drains regularly to prevent this happening again. It wasn't until your 12 month warranty was nearly coming to a end that the same problem occurred, we took the car to our garage that had fixed the car originally and discovered that the same problem had caused the issue and that you had not cleared the drain hole as explained. At this point we felt we were not responsible for the damage/cost due to poor maintenance of the car something that was completely out of our control.
I can't fault Cars4u one bit, when I went to test drive the car they handed me the keys and let me take it out by myself, I instantly loved the car and when I got back to the forecourt they sat me down and in a nice comfy chair and made me a coffee and took me through all the papers. I had the car a couple of days later and couldn't be happier with it.

This garage will do just about anything to sell a car. There customer skills are appalling and when you have a problem with a vehicle they will do everything they possibly can to avoid repairing the vehicle and wait until the warranty is up so you end up footing the full bill. And no doubt they will get there friends to write a review on how good there customer skills are etc etc etc, don't be fooled be aware its your money your parting with. I do not recommend anyone to buy from Cars4U Ltd.
Customer service at Cars4U Ltd and especially Tom was a1. Mick told staff just get on with it and sort it engine light came on was sent to 2 garages one in Birmingham that was recommended but could not solve the problem. A rear back light was cracked around casing was apparently ordered 3 weeks ago from Vauxhall, strange we waited 24 hours for roof rack from Vauxhall. I will put another review when or if our issues have been resolved. *****************************I would like to share my update to this review******************After posting my review we have had progress and all our complaints and problems have been resolved so we now have no problem recomending Cars4u Ltd in the future. The sales team were friendly and helpful, and from purchasing the car to delivery,I am extremely pleased with the service I received and the after care service,as I had a minor problem with a dash board baulb which had gone a month after purchasing the vehicle ,the dealership had the car back and had the baulb fixed. straight away. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to buy a car from there and I will view their stock of cars again in the future .:)
