Overall not a good experience at this car dealership. The car hadn't been cleaned and there was no apologies or compensation offered by East Lancashire Car Centre. They held back money on my part exchange for issues that weren't my responsibility. I wouldn't recommend them if I'm honest and would not return.

East Lancashire Car Centre have me a 5 Star service, very happy indeed.
I purchased a car from here and to be totally honest I have not been left with a good impression, Didn't get a good feeling from the salesman. I know about cars and I feel like this place would be a bad place for a regular buyer or someone with limited knowledge when it comes to cars. I can't fault the car but I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

I drove all the way from Bournemouth having agreed for weeks in advance a meeting time at the East Lancashire Car Centre. I spent the night before in a hotel so I was local and could avoid all traffic issues to be there on time. After arriving 20 minutes early at a run down trading unit in the middle of nowhere which looks nothing like where the photos are taken (I suspect they are either taken at auction or somewhere more professional looking) alarm bells started to ring when the land line advertised on his business sign which is not on the website would not connect and the mobile was switched off. After half an hour of not being able to get hold of him by phone or email I was faced with the long drive home both without car and out of pocket by about £200 for fuel and a hotel. Was told later he had a problem with the phones but if you had agreed to meet a customer at a set time ESPECIALLY if you are having phone problems you would ensure you are there. Not worth your time or effort and certainly would never recommend to a friend.

Dealer was very rude when asked questions infact he got a bit narky . Car was not valeted as requested. Contacted them about a problem that occured a few weeks later and was told it wasn't there responsibility to fix it. Also never recieved the log book had yo request it myself from the dvla. Very very poor experience and will mot be recommending them to anyone.

Didnt go well, not valeted for me and refused to do this once the money had gone through. Also since found it was cheaper on its last purchase after doing some digging around, still waiting on the log book, maybe the DVLA on that side or maybe they have delayed sending off, i dont know, MOT expired after 4 weeks and was told there would be 12 months , again not sorting for me. Overall my review is very negative and would not return to them again and not recommend to anyone looking to buy a car
