well i have purchased cars from various places over the past 45 years and today this place came top. best ever chat, service and test drive. As an aside It was a shame to see my old trustworthy wagon r in yellow go as the part exchange. But it's replacement is fantastic :) and a nice shade of blue to boot. Recommend these guys . huge warranty , free fuel and told to call in for coffee anytime i was passing.

I give the highest recommendation to the guys at Ebbsfleet Specialist Cars to everyone. A week ago I bought a flame red Nissan Leaf 2016 Fully Electric car that looked as if it came out of the Nissan factory the day before. I was hoping to haggle a little bit on the price but I couldn’t find one minor fault to haggle over. Every car ..including a Bentley were in showroom condition. I recommend you allow yourself a bit of extra time just looking over the cars you won’t be buying but would if you could. I travelled 125 miles by train to get there and John was at the Northfleet station waiting to give me a lift..expect to be treated like an honoured guest ..I had to say to John he didn’t need to call me Sir

John was fantastic, Everything he said he would do he did, He went over and above, The car was prepped to hand over to the highest standard. my wife recently purchased a car from a main dealer and didn't receive the service that John provided. I would recommend Ebbsfleet !!!!!!
I purchased a high value car in October 2021, a Range Rover Sport which was superbly presented and exactly as described , with excellent customer service from the friendly knowledgeable sales team headed up by Craig , John & Gavin. Refreshing to find sales people who phone you back and do what they say they will and deal with you honestly and that you can trust. Highly recommend this business without hesitation.

I purchased a car September 2021. Mercedes C220D. There was a fault light lite up on the dash which made me very nervous, I was spending 20k. Im glad I went with my gut, They kept to absolutely every promise that was made. And I'm properly happy with the car, When I come to change in a couple of years ill be back. Thanks so much guys.

Have been looking for a good replacement car, spotted their ad and rang. Hadn't seen a video, next thing text message with video attached. Called by without an appoitment, very helpful, car was everything the video suggested, possibly better No hard sell, premises and stock are impeccable. A good judgement of any business is to inspect their toilets. What can I say other then immaculate like their showroom and stock. Did the deal there and then, text message from John later that day confirming delivery to my works following day. On the actual day a further message to say car on route Gavin delivering most helpful, the low loader they use like their cars was impeccable. A smart, finger on the button dealer, who left me wanting for nothing more. I believe in offering praise where its due, if you are looking for a replacement car, Ebbsfleet have got to be high if not top of your viewing list. Main dealers take note, this is how car sales should be done.

The attention to detail these guys put in place are second to none. They went over and above what any car showroom would do. Fully assisted me with the procedure of selling my old and buying my new car. Was extremely patient with me when driving my new car and explaining everything I asked in full detail. And even said to let them know when I had arrived home safely which I thought was a lovely touch. Would 100% recommend Ebbsfleet Specialist Cars to everyone and when I am ready to buy another car (which I hope wont be anytime soon), I would not hesitate to go back to Ebbsfleet Specialist Cars where I hope they will be still thriving in business.
