John was very helpful when viewing the car for the first time. The vehicle was extremely clean and nicely presented. It looked like new. When I decided to purchase he went through every step of the paper work, showing me what he was doing, taxing it on line, transferring to my name. I purchased a vehicle recently from this dealership which had good reviews online. Therefore, I expected them to live up to their reputation but instead I have been left with a bad taste in my mouth. I went for an initial viewing and all seemed OK. I was told it had just had a new clutch and I was free to view the paperwork. I put down a holding deposit and came back a week later to consider completing the sale. Only after completing the sale did they tell me that the vehicle only had one key. Secondly, upon returning home, there was no paperwork for the clutch. After calling them, it turned out they didn't have the clutch paperwork and that it would in fact be sent to me, In respect of the key, the matter was simply dismissed and I was told that it was standard practice that vehicles are sold with one key and that is wasn't a big deal. This may be the case but only if this has been disclosed and you have the ability to make a choice on the sale based on the facts. After failing to receive the paperwork for the clutch a week later, I decided to email the garage my concerns but also remind them that as per the Consumer Rights Act, I had the right to return the vehicle within 30 days, Instead of replying to my email directly, they decided to forward the matter to their legal firm who sent me a rude email attaching the invoice but also insisting that the garage have done nothing wrong and will not be taking the vehicle back. My email was not rude and I would have been happy with an apology but I was obviously expecting too much. People, do your research and ask questions as this garage will not disclose vital pieces of information to you unless you do so
