Waiting nearly 4 weeks for V5 was told by Highlanders it was sent to DVLA rang them today & was told they haven’t received it & ive had to apply for it ! Very annoying as wanting to transfer a plate

No pushy sales at Highlanders. Friendly on securing a deal, but on collection a different story. Lack of knowledge about the car. Faulty rear wiper, told it was supposed to be like that. Only 1 key works. All these things could have been avoided with a thorough check and a bit more care. Spoilt the excitement of buying a newer car. After sales is always an answerphone.

Brought a car from Highlands GB on Sunday, drove it home and all was OK even though promised car would be valeted it wasn't. Used it the following day and EML light came on with dpf light and car went into limp mode. Took it to our own garage to see what was the problem and it needed £1400 spent on it to correct the faults when I contacted Highlanders they said that most of the parts were wear and tear and they would not pay towards them only contribute to getting the car out of limp mode which was only a fraction of the overall bill. I find this totally disgusting that you can own a car for 24 hours and they fob you off with wear and tear excuse. Avoid buying any vehicle from these people as they give the 2nd hand car industry a bad name
They carried out a thorough check up of the car before I got it, clean & tidy throughout and they were easy to deal with.

Recently purchased car from Highlanders GB. Very happy with the overall transaction. Sales staff (Richard) very easy to deal with, not at all pushy and left to peruse at own leisure. Part exchanged old car which was very straightforward process. Would definitely recommend.
