Customer care sucks, Bought a car that was delivered faulty,after sales still haven’t sorted out the problem out nearly 3 weeks later
Fantastic experience with this garage. Initially we had read a few poor reviews on the Internet and when we arrived the outside of the dealership doesn't look much. However - the sales staff were able to answer all our questions there and then. They were contactable on the phone and only to happy to answer any questions. On pick-up of the vehicle it had been serviced and valeted to within an inch of its life and any cosmetic damage had been brought up to standard. When taken into the car storage yard to drive the vehicle away we were surprised to see the amount of quality, higher-end vehicles they have currently in stock and awaiting new owners. Fantastic experience all round!

Adam excelled in customer service and professionalism from the start to the finish of my purchase journey .. He even stayed late after closure to facilitate me . Highly recommended ..
I had a pleasant experience. The sales guys were patient and answered all my questions until I was satisfied. The vehicle was well presented and for three months now, the vehicle has been perfect. I can’t fault these guys and would definitely recommend. Thank you guys. Money very well spent as I had searched for the Range Rover model and specifications for over six months.

Very poor communication from this company. I'm having issues with my purchase and they are not responding to my emails or phone calls. They tell you at the time of sale that the car comes with 3 month warranty (which is fine) but they don't tell you that you only get 1 month warranty by default and can only get 3 months if you leave them online reviews within 72 hours. Still waiting for my Logbook to arrive (V5C) Five weeks in... I have purchased many used vehicles from other used car dealers over the past 25 years but have felt let down & unsatisfied by highlanders. It feels like once they take your money, that don't care about you after that. Will never buy from this company again. Very poor!!!
bought motor during covid £16,000 200+ miles away. Motor delivered, after 1400 miles tyre blew out. Upon inspection by proper Range Rover specialist was confirmed severe alignment issues, lucky not to have had serious accident. Phone calls ignored/blocked. Eventually declined all with no re-compence. Disgusting- Avoid!

I emailed this company about a car on their website 3 times. Never replied. Phoned them kept getting disconnected......on checking the reviews I'm glad they did......another rip off merchant. Stay clear!!!.
Very unprofessional the do not answer calls the block emails my car has a fault within the 3 months of purchase, they have now ceased to respond to my emails, Have been advise to contact the Motor Onbudsmand, which is what i will now be doing, very disappointed and disgusted. They will give you the top service in order to sell their cars then the service fails afters
