I myself are sad to see this go ...I was treated really well here on buying over time four various vehicles .I never once had a problem .just a minor one on mgtf which owner sent me to repair garage to sort he paid the bill could not get fairer than that ...I'm sad to read bad reviews ...as if you treated Rhyd with respect he help you .also reading small print .and especially understanding of the guarantee ..which was made clear to me .I received good service and respect hence I bought four vehicles ...I wish him and wife good luck especially Paul who I remember from working in Ford on the Bristol road as a supervisor ..Mrs Elaine Claudia powell

Was greeted by a short, angry bald man who kept pulling faces. Also his staff were staring at me. They all seemed shocked that I was taking the car out for a test drive. When I didn't buy he was furious.

Bought a car last year, within weeks issues started to occur, when I called garage about a radiator fault I was rudely told to just' keep it topped up'. Within 6 months faults appeared and car went to local specialist dealership. NEW ENGINE, TURBO and PUMP needed. £7,500 repairs for a car I bought for roughly £10,000 I spoke to garage who immediately got legal backing and basically told me to F*** Off. Further digging showed this garage is NOT REGISTERED with the Motoring Ombudsman, meaning no recourse that way, also not on Autotrader so cant review there, wonder why. Avoid this garage at all costs if you want a decent car that will last.

Just spoke with a very rude man who was so nasty to me and told me I must be silly he told me the cars are faulty hence their prices .I told him I wasn't interested in faulty car and he said well your not goin to find anything els .he was a terrible sales man neve4 use this garrage

Currently for sale at this garage is a smart roadster, to any person who doesn't know these cars they may be fooled into thinking it is a 'Brabus' model, as they have covered it in Brabus badges, obviously in an attempt to fool someone. Their description does say 'Brabus badged', to get around this, but the car itself is nowhere near the specification of that of a true Brabus model. AS such this car is WAY overpriced, it's true value is around £2500 and anyone looking at buying should do a lot of homework first....plenty of similar cars available at that price. THIS CAR IS NOT A BRABUS MODEL, which would command the price asked for!

Over the years have bought three cars ,mgtf. Renault for my daughter, and chevrolet captiva,,all fantastic cars,,,had excellent service,,,politeness, helpful on explaining controls ,if a problem it's sorted ,,,have my eye on a nice number there now so have no problems on purchasing another,,the owner and his team are knowledgeable

Couldn’t fault the service from beginning to driving my Range Rover Evoque away. Excellent vehicle knowledge. Who ever I spoke with the owner Rhid or his son Harry both answered my concerns. Even after I had driven away either were happy to answer my questions regarding how to use the different gadgets.
