Awful awful garage do not buy from these men! They are rude arrogant and untrustworthy.. after I bought a car from them in august I've had nothing but trouble with the car, problem after problem. These men have lied to me from the start, previous m.o.t had an oil leak, recent m.o.t had nothing, nothing written down that it had been fixed on the recent one. I asked if this had been done and was told in a rude manor it had been done or it would still show on the m.o.t - they're good at making you feel stupid! Anyway month or so later surprise surprise low oil an oil leaking from bottom of engine it wasn't until then they 'fixed it' also the engine management light kept coming on showing on the dash board we were told they were sensors so they kept replacing them.. more like just resetting the whole thing turning the light back off! It comes straight back on. Anyway finally we think everything is fixed.. car starts making weird noise.. clutch. They tell us its only a bearing so we pay £200 out of our own pocket for a new clutch kit knowing it was still under warranty .. doesnt feel new at all feels worse than before! And they break something to do with the gears so now the gears are moving back and forth in 3rd an 4th gear. We're then spoken to like absolute rubbish and told 'oh it's only abit of play I duno what your worried about' yes correct play which wasnt there before the gearbox was taken out so now theyve broken the gears.. they tell us they are not paying anymore on the car.. let me just remind you it was still under warranty.. finally after arguments speaking to me in such an unprofessional manner they agree to buy a gear cable and fit it, after trying to make me pay for the part myself may I add! So now the car is booked in for the following tuesday.. for a whole week im chasing them asking if they have the part, hilltop told me to ring euro parts myself so i did i had to reorder the part from a different supplier for them to get the part here the next day I also had to pick it up myself doing their job for them basically! Finally the car is booked in and I get a phone call it's done.. amazing I'm thinking I can finally just get rid of the car now the work is done as I've now started to hate the car.. surprise surprise gears are still moving they didnt even fit the part! They also let me use a 'courtesy car' which had been traded in that day and not even cleaned during covid! They let me drive it home but there was something i didnt trust about him so I looked the car up to see if it had tax which it didn't so it also wasn't insured! We now have no choice but to take it further which we will be doing, we are so done with this garage and how rude they are. My partner left a 1 star on here the other week and I was asked if my partners name was Bex and if she had left the bad rating if it was they needed a little chat. Threatening behaviour now?! Let me just add she was 40 weeks pregnant at the time and the stress over these 4 months have not helped at all.. just go careful if you do decide to purchase from these men but personally i would save your money! They cut corners and lie to you. Also not even worth the 1 star I have to give!

Great service when buying the car, and then on finding an issue we got in touch with Rhidian to be told to return the car for inspection and rectification. His normal mechanic was unable to repair it, so he arranged for a specialist to inspect and fix it and we got the car back with a six month warranty. Hopefully it’ll be plain sailing from here but so far, it has dealt with fantastically.
