I drive my VW Transporter Camper pretty much every day, and it’s been perfect so far—no issues at all! Jon was a really nice chap, and I was sent plenty of photos and even a video of my van, which was a nice touch. This is not something you get from everywhere! There was a small mark on the front bumper, but they took care of it and had it sorted before I collected the van. Overall, I’m really happy with the experience and my new camper!

My Ford Focus has been absolutely spot on; I've really enjoyed driving it, and also with the warranty, I have the peace of mind that any issues that might pop up are covered, which has been a weight off my shoulders. I couldn't recommend you guys enough, and the car is brilliant. Phantom Motors deserves a 5/5; it is absolutely the best dealership I've used over the years by a long shot.

Alistair has been by far the best salesman that I've delt with! I wasn't aware that the vehicle was registered as disabled so I had to visit the local post office to get it switched back over, and Alistair did what he could to help by pointing me in the right direction and how to do it, so I can't fault him. I've had a Mitsubishi Outlander before so it's been an easy car to get used to but it's just a shame it doesn't come with some of the same features as my last last Outlander.
