I only use the car to commute to work so it probably won't do any more than 15 miles a day, but it runs well for the most part and everything was all good on the sale side of things. I have no complaints regarding the process or the car I am very happy and would gladly shop with Phantom again in the future should I need another vehicle.

Really happy with my BMW 520 it drives great.

It's only a weekend car but my Land Rover RR Evoque is lovely... when I get chance to drive it because my partner drives it more than me, but I haven't heard any complaints. When I went to view the car, I was greeted by Kevin, he knew everything about the car and after talking to him for a while he offered to take it out for a quick spin and we knew we had to have it when we got back, it was perfect for our needs. We then collected it a couple of days after, unfortunately Kevin was on holiday at this point so he wasn't there on the day of collection, but another team member greeted us and they were just as professional as Kevin. The handover was smooth and detailed, I drove off one very happy customer!

I've not had the best opportunity to go out in the Merc at the moment, as I'm always in the works van and my partner has her daily electric car. We have put probably 100 miles on the car since driving it away a couple of months back, but we haven't had any issues with it just yet, hopefully we can get out in it over Christmas. What we have driven of the car, we've really enjoyed it, especially coming from the works van, its pure luxury! For a first time customer at this dealership, I'm very impressed with the service 10/10 with everything they did. Really thorough and attentive, I only have really positive feedback to give! We purchased the Land Rover Discovery on this occasion, and it has been faultless, there is nothing negative I can say about it. Really happy with my Evoque that I purchased through Phantom Motor Company. Kevin was more than helpful throughout the whole process and managed to find the perfect car for me. Finally, a top dealership! After having a bad experience at a previous dealership, I was sceptical about visiting another one. As I had another look for another Audi, this is when I came across the Audi Q3 at Phantom. I phoned up to enquire about the car before purchasing it and once I was happy with the description, me and my partner went to view it. We were greeted by Chelsea on arrival, she was excellent and made everything so easy! Once we were happy with the look of the car, we were offered a test drive and we only drove it around the block, but we could tell the quality was spot on. When we arrived back at the dealership we were happy to go ahead with the purchase and Chelsea sorted everything, even down to the tax.

My VW Transporter is running well after having the starter motor looked into but this hasn't been an on going issue. I would hope to come back to Phantom if I was ever in a position to get a car or another VW Transporter.

Mercedes Benz A-Class has been great, there is a small issue with the front tyre sensor, but I have spoken to the team and they have booked it in the garage to get looked at and paid for if there is a sensor issue, so I can't fault the team. Everyone was very accommodating from start to finish, I would 100% visit this dealership again when I get my next car!

Absolutely loving my Ford Mustang! It is probably coming round to the 3rd/4th month since I purchased the car and it has been spot on, with no issues. Chelsea sold me the Ford and ever since she let me test drive the car, I knew I had to have it. Her customer service was brilliant and well deserved of 5 ⭐
