Alister was very informative while I was at the dealership making my enquiry and I didn't feel any sort of pressure from him while I was making my decision. I purchased the Ariel Atom and for the couple of times I've had it out, it's been good. There were a couple of minor issues that I've had to sort, but it's a second hand car, it's to be expected.

I've not come across any real issues with my Toyota Aygo, it's been a nice little motor so far. Chelsea looked after me the second time visiting the dealership and she was lovely to deal with, especially when it came to part exchanging in my old car. There was a delay with getting the car serviced on the day but otherwise, it's been great.

My Volkswagen Amarok has been absolutely fantastic! Happy to give a good 4 stars definitely because Kevin was very straight forward and answered all my questions on the day.

Everything seems to be going good on my Jeep for now, I've not had any issues yet anyway. This was the first time I'd visited Phantom Motor Company and I'd more than likely come back. I can't fault the Longin who was the salesman, he was great.

Kevin was bang on while I was making the purchase of my Mercedes - C250. He let me view the car without any pressure and even offered a test drive. The engine management light has come on but of course it wasn't on when I drove off so Ill get this checked out.

So far my new car has been very nice to drive and I've had no issues whatsoever with my Hyundia. Thank you to Kevin for being a really nice guy while I was making the purchase.

Everything has been perfectly fine so far with the car. Chelsea looked after me on the day and she was great, I can't fault her at all. I had to go back after the purchase because of an air tag I found in the car, which no one could have known about, and second time around they were just as great. Even the aftercare team, who helped me were fantastic. They even followed up with a call a couple of days later to check in. Solid 5*.

I tend to use my new car every day and it's been brilliant. Kevin was fantastic, especially for my first time buying a car from here, he was lovely to deal with. I know it’s out of 5, but I’d give double marks - 10/10! I would definitely return, and I’ve already told people about the dealership.

I'm getting on okay with my Nissan Qashaqi for the time I've had it, but there is a bit of squeaking coming from the brakes. Alistair was very good on the day, and he didn't put any pressure on the sale.

My Ferrari 488 has been fantastic! Unfortunately the weather hasn't been the best but I've taken the car out every now and again, and I couldn't be happier with it. I think the salesman was Jon who looked after me and his service was perfect. He gave me all of the information I needed about the car before going ahead with it and not once did I feel pressured to make the purchase. After agreeing to take the car it was a really smooth process from then on.
