Really enjoying the BMW i3, it’s a great car and very reliable. It’s our first time owning an SUV, although we’ve had BMWs before, and this one has been great. It’s also our first electric vehicle, and we’re finding it really beneficial. Lewis was brilliant throughout as he was super helpful and knowledgeable. He showed us around the car, explained all the gadgets in detail, and made the whole process really clear, including how the pricing and collection would work. The only issue we had was that we paid for a coating to be applied, but it hadn’t been done when we collected the car. Thankfully, he booked us in straight away and they sorted it out after we brought it back. 5 stars easily.

There was an issue when it came to delivering the car as the trailer was broken, so it had to be driven up but it wasn't a problem and it was still an easy handover. I've just driven the car up to Cumbria and it's been fine.

The Volvo is currently in for a recall at the main dealership but it's been going good. Lewis was great.

I had a few issues with my LR Sport at the start, but after contacting Phantom Motor Company, they got the car in and sorted. Jon and the team have been brilliant.

My Nissan Narvara has been a lovely vehicle. The only thing I have noticed is that there seems to be a part of the front of the car that doesn't fit properly, and I'm not sure if it's meant for this model of car but I will get this looked into. Otherwise, it's lovely. Matthew did an amazing job on the day and he was a great help to get the car sorted. 4 stars because there were a few jobs that were meant to be done to the car before I collected it that weren't done.

Definitely 5 stars! This was my first time owning a Volvo XC60 and it's been fantastic, I'm really pleased with it. I've only run it a couple of times, so I'm going to keep an eye on the battery and what it's meant to be at, but so far I've had no issues. Jon was the salesman and he was brilliant and really good to deal with and he was able to answer all my questions.

It would have been 5 stars, but when I part-exchanged my old car, I was told that Phantom Motor Company would sort everything out in relation to my tax, but I've since had a letter saying that it hasn't been sorted. Otherwise, the service was fine, and everything is perfect with my T-Roc.

Whole buying experience was pleasant and unrushed. Cannot fault car I purchased. Extremely happy with it. Also the car fresheners. They deserve a 5 star rating. So many compliments about fragrance. Would not hesitate to recommend to friends. If I was to buy another car I would try phantom motor company first

So far so good. I am over the moon with my new Tesla. I was always one of those people who said I would never drive an electric car but honestly now I will never go back to petrol. It is an amazing vehicle. My wife was very happy with the brolly that came with it as well haha. I cannot thank the staff enough. Longin was professional, did everything he said he would and kept me up to date with no lack of communication. I went to have a quick look at it on a Saturday and booked an appointment to fully view it. The dealership is so accommodating. I did not once feel stressed during this process. They sorted finance, tax, insurance and everything else for me. They made it a very simple and easy process. It was not prolonged at all and everything was spot on. I would definitely use them again and I think that says it all.

Gary was wonderful. He was extremely helpful from start to finish, a real professional! I never felt any pushiness or pressure on the sale from him. I could tell he was all about providing a good customer experience. I went for a RR Vogue and it has been absolutely great so far. I took it for a long drive up to Scotland recently and didn’t have any issues. A big thank you to Gary and all the team.
