10 out of 10! It was very easy/smooth from start to finish

I'd have no problem recommending Phantom Motor Company to people I know if they were in the market for a new car. As personally, I haven't had any real issue to report about my new Seat. Thank you to Kevin who was spot on and made sure everything was smooth sailing. Even when I had an issue with the finance company, he stepped in and gave me a hand to sort it. Happy to give 5*

This was my first time visiting Phantom Motor Company and I only came across them when I was driving on the motorway and drove past the advertisement van parked along the side of the road. Longin looked after me while I was purchasing my BMW, and he was amazing. I had a small issue at the start with an O2 sensor but once I made him aware of this he got the problem resolved and it's been perfect since. I can't fault his service. The car has been all good since and I'm happy with how everything turned out.

As a first time owner of a BMW 220d I can honestly say that the car is amazing it's driving very well! I honestly love it. Thank you to Chelsea the saleswoman, for looking after me on the day. I was happy with her service and I thought her approach was nice and relaxed, and I would happily recommend Phantom Motor Company to others.

The Audi TT I purchased from Phantom Motor Company is fantastic and lovely to drive. The diamond brite ceramic coating is great. I've washed it a few times now and it's so quick and easy. I can't recommend it enough. My experience purchasing a vehicle was stress free and easy. All your staff are polite, friendly and happy to help (Alastair was great going through the sale with me). I can't recommend these guys enough. Thank you all very much.

Anthony was a great salesman and he was one of the reasons that we decided to go with Phantom Motor Company. I was interested in the Audi A1 & A3. Anthony pointed them both out and let me look at them within my own time, which was great not to be pressured. I went with the A1 in the end because of the spec. The car has done about 400/500 miles added to the clock since and its been running really smooth.

Strong 4 from me as my BMW has been running very well. I haven't driven it that much because of working in London and the only things I did notice that need looking at were the LED in the door cards and jerking when accelerating. The car is still under warranty so I'm not in a rush.

Happy to give 5* because the salesman who looked after me on the day walked me through the whole process from start to finish. I was going from an Audi S3 to the Audi E-Tron, he gave me all of the information I needed about the car and made the whole thing straight forward. The E-Tron has been cheap to run and I wouldn't change anything about my visit.

No issues on my end whatsoever. The BMW hasn't missed a beat and I'm as happy as Larry.
