I'm glad I purchased my first car from Phantom Motor Company. I was understandably nervous about buying my new car but Alistair made the whole process easy and stress-free. I received my car this morning, delivered to me in all the way down in East Sussex. Amazing buying experience all round. Very informative and helpful salesman (Alistair). Couldn't travel up to Wigan to view the vehicle so Alistair took a video of it for me to watch. Whole process was a breeze. Car serviced (148-point) and valeted. After having a Polo for my first car, I was in the market for a really nice car as my second. I visited Phantom Motor Company and viewed the BMW 330e that they had. Alister looked after me while I was in the dealership and he was great. He passed me the keys and was happy for me to take the car out on a test drive. I thought he was very helpful and answered all my questions about the BMW before going ahead with it. I'm really enjoying the car since buying it and I had a great first time experience at the dealership thanks to Alister.

This is my first electric car, and I'm already impressed with how much money I'm saving since having an electric charger fitted to the side of the house. I think it's costing about £4 every time, which is a great money saver. There was a slight issue with the wind mirror that we didn't see before purchasing but they have agreed to get it sorted, which is a great help. Overall I'm happy to give Phantom Motor Company a top score.

I can't remember the salesman's name but whoever it was he was great. Honestly I can't fault the lad, he was easy to get along with and after agreeing to take the Ford Transit the paperwork went through perfectly with no delays or complications. The van went straight on the road and has been going well.

Everything with my Tesla Model 3 has been good for the time I've had it.

Since driving away my Volvo XC90 is doing what it says on the tin and is the perfect daily run around. I can't remember the gentleman's name but the salesman was great at answering all my questions while making sure not to apply any pressure throughout the sale.
