They advertise themselves As ‘5 star customer service’... experience .... shocking !!!! complete lack of customer engagement - once deposit paid... constantly chasing for confirmation of collection date ..... sale cancelled after 10days of chasing.... would advise caution prior to completing purchase !!!

I bought a BMW X5 , With no follow up service . Ended up costing me a further £1600 on top of the £18950 I paid for the vehicle. Disappointed for sure !

Please be warned if looking to buy a car off these guys! I came across them on the Web and saw a car I was interested in. I called and spoke to there sales rep and asked for a finance quote. I was contacted the next day by the sales rep who asked if I had received the quote, I explained to him I was struggling to get over to view due to the weather, he stated not to worry he could hold it for me if I signed the agreement and I would be under no obligation if I changed my mind at any time. Stupidly on this I signed the agreement, over then weekend I changed my mind and decided not to go and view the car I contacted the finance company and Pantom and was told I can’t cancel! It’s now in the hands of my solicitor and the financial Omnbudsman. As they will not respond to my emails. Currently I’m stuck with a finance agreement for a car I don’t have or have even seen! Please please be warned!!!!!

I brought a Range Rover Vogue 2011 paid out rite for this car after a week of having it there were problems and the staff took week to try TRY and fix it they didn’t 3months down the line the cars been of the road more than on it finally they found a garage closer to me than they were and they found the issues fixed them and then wouldn’t pay to fix them No I’ve had to pay out again as it my only means of transport WOULD NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE

Beautiful car I purchased but very disappointing service. I spent the best part of fifty five thousand pound on a Range Rover. Before we finalised the purchase it was agreed for a couple of issues to be resolved. Firstly the leather interior on the drivers side door was very poor, here was a couple of scratches that needed touching up but my main concern was the electronic side skirts as they seemed to have a mind of their own. After the purchase went through we waited 4 days to receive the car, not an issue at all as it was with the understanding that it would come immaculate and fully working, wrong! It arrived absolutely filthy inside and out and more to the point not one thing had been done. To say I was angry would be an understatement. Since, I have travelled 3 times to phantom to get these issues resolved which totals to almost 3 hours travelling, and never once received an apology. My final visit was for the side skirts and i was told that the local garage it was sent to had put a little oil on them, now I’m no expert I face far from it but I knew this wouldn’t resolve the problem. And heh... I was right, I am now looking at an extra cost to get to the root of the problem my own trusted garage. I would never purchase a car from Phantom Motor Company ever ever again and would certainly not recommend! Absolute joke! I feel well and truely fobbed off.
