My BMW 4 Series is absolutely amazing. We've always had BMWs in the family, so it was always going to be a BMW, but I wanted something a little bit more sporty. The black trims, spoiler and grille just ticked all my boxes. This was my first time dealing with Phantom Motor Company Chelsea, which was phenomenal. She was on hand throughout the whole process, held my hand through everything and was brilliant with the paperwork. I was a cash buyer, which made things a bit easier without having to go down the finance route. I was a bit sceptical because I'd bought and paid for the car before actually seeing it, but I was guaranteed a refund if it wasn't to my liking. The car didn't disappoint at all. It was immaculate when I picked it up, and I even got an umbrella and a lovely bottle of red wine. It was just such an easy purchase. They've been brilliant, absolutely amazing. I'm thinking of keeping this car for another year or so, then going back to them for another. I'd go back to Chelsea time and time again.

Great service. Danny was a legend and Liam is a fellow biker so top rating from me. Well I phoned up at 2pm on a Saturday and had a test drive and paid the deposit same day so it was very efficient. I was expecting having to wait for a few days. Danny was laid back and easy going, not pushing the hard sale and a great guy to deal with. He even threw me an umbrella, cap and a bottle of prosecco. Liam was a top bloke as well, helped explaining the finance to me so I knew what I was getting in to and we had a chat about bikes. Again just a laid back environment, not your typical hard sale we're they just throw a card machine at you straight away and get rid of you. A really pleasant experience to be honest.

I was searching around on AutoTrader looking for Golfs and came across the one listed by Phantom. I went in to the dealership and spoke with Dan, they did everything they said they would. The whole process went absolutely fine.

I purchased a Jeep from them and, touch wood, the car has been absolutely sound. It's been really, really good so far, and I can't fault it. When it came to buying the car, they were fantastic. There was a bit of a delay with my finance company, but they didn't push me or pester me at all. I really appreciated that. I'd particularly like to mention Gary, He was absolutely fantastic and deserves a lot of credit for the experience I had. My only slight concern is about the aftersales side of things. Someone I work with also purchased a car from the dealership and mentioned that their aftercare wasn't the greatest. That being said, I've had no problems with mine, and the sales experience was great. I'd still recommend the dealership to others, particularly based on how well I was treated when buying the car.

The EQA was exactly as described on the advert. I’m very pleased with the Mercedes, its been great! I came across it on AutoTrader when looking around for the Mercedes EQA specifically. Overall, I’m really pleased with the overall experience with Phantom and Amir.
