The only gripe I have is when they replaced all 4 tyres on the car they have put on some budget Landsail tyres which was a bit disappointing. Everything else has been good, couldn’t complaint about anything else.

Longin was brilliant with me during the sales, he was really friendly and communicative. When the Golf broke down, they did help out with getting it fixed however, I didn’t get much communication or reassurance during the process. I understand that cars break down, I was a mechanic but more communication from Phantom regarding updates on the car would have been nice. They did put some fuel in my car and did a little reimbursement for the issues, which was nice.

The BMW I purchased is good, nothing wrong with it so far. It was a reasonable price and sold from a reputable company so it made sense. Gary was really good. He helped fill out all forms for me and was with me every step. Id heard of them before and seeing the supercars made me confident to buy from them.

Cars going well. I went to Phantom, saw the car online and liked it so had a test drive. Experience was alright on the day. Couldn’t fault the staff at all. I was impressed with the 140 point check and they sell quality motors. I would recommend to others but I was disappointed on being low balled on the trade in price.

I was looking for a specific car and Phantom had one I was after. Phantom were good. They were easy to talk to, well organised. They changed two tyres and changed the splitter for me, really impressed with that. Chelsea was good, very approachable. She kept in touch with me. Called me to check all going ahead as I had to delay the collection. It was easy. Car was nice and clean on collection and I got a bottle of red, air freshener and umbrella.

We initially went down to Bolton to have a look at a RS3 and It wasn’t good at all. When we came home, we had a look and found the one listed by Phantom, so we decided to have a look. While we were there my husband saw the BMW X5. We ended up getting the RS3 and X5 on the day. We have had issues with the RS3, and it's currently at an Audi garage getting repaired, as the DAB radio does not work and there is a misfire. I would absolutely recommend phantom to others.

I had it delivered, deal was done remotely. Guys who delivered it were fine. The salesperson Alistair was fine aswell. Boot doesn’t open, issue there for some reason. I did a little bit of research online, apparently, that's quite a common thing. Other than that, the car is fine

Everything went perfectly, the whole process was really quick and easy. Phantom handled everything very well, and the turnover of the Mustang was all good as well. I’ve dealt with Gary up until the point of collection as he was off.

Cars is all good, it's perfect. It's in good condition. I was looking on their website, I really liked the car and the company looked good. Amir was amazing, really nice person. I had really good time. I've already told my friends about Phantom Motor Company.
