Love the Jaguar F-Type and was specifically looking for one. Chelsea was great. we took a test drive and she was good with the information. When I came to pick the car up, they identified an issue and decided to put new brake discs and pads on the front. I had to wait around two to two and a half hours, but that wasn’t a problem because they’d identified the issue and put brand new parts on it, so I was more than willing to wait. Everything went well and it was really good.

I was looking around at the Porsche Macans and found the one listed by Phantom, located about 150 miles away from me. When I initially dealt with Longin there were some advisories on the car we agreed to have a full oil service sorted as well. After a bit of chasing, I found the oil had been changed, but I don’t have the paperwork for the two advisories being resolved. Overall, I have no problem with Phantom and the whole buying process was painless.

I'm enjoying the Mercedes E63 and wanted another V8, so when my son spotted this one at Phantom Motor Company, I decided to go for it. Alistair was pretty good. customer service was sound throughout. The only thing I found a bit strange was that my part exchange was taken away and inspected for quite a while before the deal went through. I've got a year's warranty with the car, which gives me confidence, and everything has been fine so far

Pretty good, not had any problems with the car. I would recommend. Everything went smoothly on the day. Felt the finance side was rushed through abit. Staff were fine. Bit of delay picking the car up as job needed doing on the car.

I purchased my MG ZS from Phantom Motor Company. They were 10/10 in terms of getting the car, the only issue I had is there is a problem with the aircon. I don't think it's their fault, as a sensor might have gone in it. They were easy to talk to when I was down there, and there was no messing about!

Experience wasn’t bad. I had a very quick turnaround as everything sorted before hand with videos and photos of the car. Couple of chips said they would cover up but they didn’t do it and I’m waiting on some lettering to the front but im more than happy with the vehicle, its lovely.
