Rating 5 Customer satisfaction perfect

So far the car has been pretty good, there was a couple of bits to get fixed but I got it sorted myself. Matthew was really good - I dealt with him in the lead up and during the purchase too. 5 out of 5.

Gary was fab, he was really lovely. He didn't pressure me to buy which was appreciated. I found them online and they are quite far from me, but I decided to travel because I wanted that specific car and I'm glad I did. Easy 5 stars.

3 stars- Happy with the ease of purchase and standard of vehicle. Phantom were easy to deal with from the start, I appreciated the video walk round of the car and detailed pics. On the day sales agent seemed a little annoyed when advised that we would not be purchasing extended warranty which came across in his manner. I purchased the ceramic coating (interior and exterior) package but have to say disappointed in the finish of it. When washing the vehicle you can clearly see where the coating has and has not been applied. Also the paintwork was not of the appropriate standard before application and had not been prepared properly. A ceramic coating should not be applied on top of tar or iron deposits and the roof of the vehicle was particularly dirty. Interior wise I was disappointed to find a big hole in the floor mats, which I replaced to the tune of £180 and we found two wooden forks in the cargo nets of front seats, clearly indicating a lack of attention to detail. Aside from the this I am happy with the car and have had no problems so far, but feel I completely wasted £700 on an inferior valet which I was assured would be first class and faultless and did not appreciate the change in demeanour from sales agent

Lewis was helpful and professional from start to finish, I am really pleased with the service, I am happy with the car, and with Phantom overall. I would give them a 5/5.

We've bought a few cars from them now, the service is always spot on. I'd give them 5 stars.

Everything was perfect, great work by the sales guys for getting everything sorted including my part ex. One minor point was that they told me the exhaust was completely stock but it turns out it wasn't, I had to rectify it myself. I'd happily give them 4 stars.

My son also purchased a car from here and he dealt with Gary so when we went we asked for him too. He was really good - he deserves a bonus to be honest! I'm enjoying the car so far - it's a bit big but I'm having fun practicing in it. The only thing they could improve was it was quite hard to get through to specific people because of the phone system they use. I'd happily give them 5 stars.

When I collected my vehicle the wipers were worn, but after reaching out to Phantom it was resolved quickly by Leonie. Since then, the vehicle seems all okay and I was happy enough with the sales service from Jon

Had a few teething problems at the beginning but I'm happy with how the dealership worked to resolve things. I'm scoring them four out of five as it's not been perfect but as I say, I'm happy overall
