Amir was good, but we are still waiting for a cap for the door handle and the V5C to be sent over. Other than that, Phanom was really good.

He made a bespoke walk-around video of the car for me, and he collected my wife and me from the train station when we travelled. There was an issue we discovered with the passenger-side window on the way back up. The car is with A1 at the moment who agreed to cover the repairs.
