I give phantom motor company a 5 rating. Due to professionalism and costumer services

The experience was really good but there was a few issues with the car that we asked to get fixed before handover. Some were, some weren't unfortunately which wasn't ideal. The customer service was fine on the day, we dealt with Matt who was sound.

I'd give them 5 stars. They are good lads.

5 and the after care service is excellent

Everything since the purchase of the Mercedes GLA has been good, and I believe it was Kamren who I spoke to at the dealership. He answered all my questions.

So far so good with the car. It has been decent and they were pretty good in terms of staff. I'd give them 4 stars because the finance was going back and forth, there was a couple of issues with that so I had to pay cash in the end.

No problems at all, they were really pleasurable to deal with. I'd give them 4 stars though, just because there was a couple of dents on the car and it would have been nice if they told me about them before I travelled there. I would be happy to buy there again though.

There is an airbag light showing on the dash and there is a steering issue too and it is booked in shortly at Phantom to be rectified. Lewis was great, I had a good chat with him, and the manager even came down to introduce himself. The showroom is really nice too.

I'm enjoying the car even though I haven't driven it that much because I've been on holiday. I dealt with Jon who is a top man, he explained everything to me. I'd give them a 10 if I could!

Jon was really good, he didn't pressure me to buy, in fact as soon as I saw the car I wanted to buy it. It was exactly as described I was well chuffed.
