My old car was about 12 years old so I decided to look for a new one offering a bit more comfort and decided on the Ford Puma from Phantom. I did appreciate the fact that it was a quick process, relatively easy to sort and not being sold something I didn’t want.

My experience down at Phantom has been great, I’ve been a couple times now and they just spoil you rotten! We received chocolates from them and all sorts so my missis were over the moon. Jon who assisted me throughout the process was sound, I’ve brought some cars over the years, and he was the best one I’ve ever dealt with. I will definitely be back to buy another! Can't fault it, I'd give them a 6!

The Car is doing alright, I went to Phantom because my dad had bought a few cars from them in the past. I had some problems with the communication, but the people who helped me throughout the process were nice people and I did appreciate how clean the Audi was when I saw it.

It’s all good, not got any issues with Q7 now, I did at first though, there was a small leak in the driver side footwell, but I took it back to Phantom and they sorted that for me. We've just had 3rd child, so we needed a bigger car and it’s doing the job well. The 7 seats are a big help, it’s a big upgrade over the small 3 series we had. I had a look at few Q7s, and test drove about 5 or 6. The thing I liked about Phantom was all their cars were mint and I like what they do with their cars, like putting new wheels on them and tweaking them slightly. The customer service was good, Amir was quite clear there was no movement on the price, which was slightly disappointing, but it meant I knew where I stood with it. Communication was good and to be honest it’s all been very positive.

Phantom Motor Company had amazing customer service, it was brilliant! When I got down there Gary was a massive help, he answered all my questions very well on anything about the Land Rover. Just overall the customer service was friendly and approachable people. Five stars!

The BMW we got from Phantom Motor Company is spot on! I wanted an automatic to make the commute to make the drive less painful, and they looked light they had a good choice quality cars. I found the staff to be really professional and took the time to make sure I got the best deal I could, it was excellent. I also found how the car was handed over, really good.

Alistair was good, no problems. The Volvo does have a few niggles however the warning light disappeared, so I believe its fixed itself. I found the communication at Phantom to be really good.

It’s not been bad so far. I found Dylan alright to talk too. I do wish they sent me the paperwork that was promised to be sorted straight away so the aftercare experience would have been better. Phantom had the Porsche 911 that I wanted and we got there in the end.

I've found the BMW I purchased from Phantom Moto company to be good so far, good experience. Everyone was friendly and It was generally a quick process, top notch!

The car has been perfect, Really enjoying it since the purchase. I've used Phantom a few times, and to be honest, I can't fault them.
