I’m loving the Mercedes I bought. Everyone at the dealership was really nice and helpful. Chelsea was brilliant, she was dead clear in everything and didn’t try sell me all kinds just what I wanted, she made it easy for me. I liked how spotless the car was when I got it and the condition. I saw a few scuffs when I saw it and there wasn’t a mark on it when I got it. The whole experience was great nothing negative to say about it.

Matt was lovely and very informative. Sold the car very well and it was definitely the best one we had seen around from our options. However the car did have a few more scuffs and cracks that were never pointed out at said time that we didn't notice until after, but all round still a lovely car and a lovely salesman and company. Brolly has come in handy too ☔️

I saw the car online and went to have a look. The salesman Amir was great. Four stars as im waiting for a minor repair that wasn’t done before I collected it but apart from that, everything’s fine with the BMW. I would recommend Phantom to others.

But on the mechanical inspection on my part ex they said it needed a new rocker cover, which I'd had replaced only 8 months ago. Aside from that would buy again from phantom.

Getting on really well, its economical and really nice to drive. Overall, im really happy with the car. Phantom were good. Initially quite slow but once a deal was being secured and finance approved, things seemed to pick up. I traded my car in and got a competitive price over what anyone else offered. Ellis was a good laugh, pleasure to deal with. I wouldn’t hesitate going back or referring to anyone else, they have some pretty nice cars.

The Range Rover SVR has been good. The experience of purchasing the car was great. When I drove the car home, the service light came on. I had to call multiple times to get an answer and always spoke with different people. They did say it was serviced but didn’t provide proof, when I asked, they didn’t reply. Everyone I spoke to was really nice, and I'm enjoying the car.

My daughter was visiting with the grandsons, so we needed more room, so we went with the GLE. Phantom was local to us, and we got a decent part-exchange deal with them. Ellis was pretty good, he was very good with me, and the service was definitely 5 stars.
