Rate at 5 but off the road now till spring. Really haven't had the chance to use it, but it's a fantastic beast and money well spent.

Had the car for a couple of months now, it is driving well, I am pleased with it. I do have one minor issue but it isn't something that is much concern and planning on sorting it myself. The process of getting the car was simple enough, I paid cash and it was quick from the start to the finish. The only critic I have is that I had a private plate which I wanted to put on and Jon said he would do this for me and pay the £25.However after 4 weeks I called up the DVLA and it hadn't been done so I had to wait another 4 weeks after paying it myself to get the plate on which I did find a little disappointing. The rest of the service with Jon great so I would rate my overall experience with Phantom a 4/5.

I found the salesman here very attentive, he replied to all my messages- which was great as that's not something all the dealers take pride in doing for their customers. This was my first time using this dealer and based on my experience with them I would consider them in the future as I'm delighted with my new car.

After extending my search margins a little I came across Phantom Motor Company online, the salesman was smashing throughout answered all my questions and got me on the road as soon as possible. I was hoping to drive away on the day but they had to get some checks completed on the car first so it was a few days later, but he kept me up to date as soon as it was ready and I'm so pleased with my BMW X3 its absolutely perfect.

I hadn't been to Phantom before but found the BMW online which was the exact car I wanted. Jon was fine to deal with there and I would buy from them again for the right car.

Gary the salesman at Phantom was absolutely amazing to deal with, he deserves a pay increase for his hard work. He helped me buy my Land Rover and I love it, no problems to report at all. When the right time comes I will back to Phantom and hopefully Gary to buy a G Wagon. Great work Gary, if I could give you 6 out of 5 stars I would - Thanks so much!

We actually bought three cars in the same week from Phantom and I’m loving my 2 Series BMW. Amir was brilliant! He kept us updated the whole way through and got the car turned around really quickly. Can’t fault a thing 🙂

Everyone at the dealership’s great, especially Kamren…he was fantastic! A lovely chap who was very efficient and always really responsive. I saw the car online and knew it'd sell quickly, so I reached out and he managed to squeeze me in that same day without an appointment so I didn’t lose out.

Really happy with my Jeep Wrangler from Phantom Motor Co. It’s a great car and I’ve had no issues since it was delivered. I was a bit nervous buying without seeing it first, but it looked exactly like the advert and arrived in great condition. Delivery was on time too. Brilliant experience overall.
