This is the first time I’ve purchased from them and I'm very satisfied. I found the Audi on the internet and immediately liked it, the more I read about Phantom and their service and warranty the more I was drawn in. Jon who I dealt with, was great, he engendered a modicum of trust so I knew I wasn't dealing with a home & garden second hand car salesman. The car is great, the service at phantom was great, overall can’t complain!

The dealership was well set out, had loads of nice cars and the staff were alright. My daughter was looking for a specific Ranger Rover Velar and Phantom had the closest one to what she wanted. We’ve had a couple of mechanical issues with the car the next day, however they have all be sorted now. Chelsea let us know everything we need to know, talked us through everything and got the car prepared for us.

I found the Renault Koleos online with a good price, great milage and fantastic condition. Phantom were fantastic and Amir’s communication was always very good. I’ve had to travel 150 miles via train and they covered the travel expenses which was great. I’ve had the car for two months and I'm over the moon with it - I'd certainly recommend them it was a 10 out of 10!

My friend recommend them to me so I checked Phantoms website out and saw a BMW I liked, it was perfect. The whole experience was really good. I called on the Monday to discuss trading my car in, The salesman Gary rang me back straight away. He had everything ready for me to see the car at the weekend and drive away same day. I got a good price for my old car, The process was really quick. I will use again next time I’m buying a car.

My brother has gone with phantom before and recommended them to me. It was a rest assured choice, you may pay a bit more, but when you have kids going to school and everything else you want a good car and you get what you pay for. The only unfortunate thing on the day was the hot water machine was broken so I didn’t get my cuppa hahaha! Everyone was very very good, it’s a good team and I couldn’t fault them! I dealt with Chelsea over the phone, when I left a voice mail she got right back to me. There were a couple of guys in finance, they were good lads too. As a whole, once I make big dough I'll be back for the Bentley!

I wanted a John Cooper Works to replace my older Mini. Searched on Autotrader and found the car. I’ve never been to Phantom before as they are not in my area, but the experience was good and the purchase was easy.

My XC40 is great, I absolutely love it and the dealership gave me a free bottle of wine and a branded brolly which I thought was a nice touch! My dad sent me the link to the ad as I hadn’t heard of Phantom before so I went down and saw the car I liked. Alistair was really helpful, he gave me the space I needed to look around with no pressure which is nice. It was a busy weekend so the paperwork took a while to sort but that’s to be expected. I saw an XC60 I liked and assumed I could view it on the day of collection but I hadn’t realized that to see the vehicle you have to pre-arrange it as there are only a select handful of cars kept on site but it didn’t change the experience for me. I am still chasing my ownership document but they have kept in touch and are sorting it. Also, if the battery runs out on the key fob there is an emergency key and I’ve noticed one is missing so I need to chase this up. I would definitely look at Phantom again and will recommend.

Maintenance wise, I couldn’t have found a better car. I did have to clean the exhaust pipe as it was black and suttee which I was disappointed with and the few scratches on the body work to which I did email Gary about. Apart from that, it’s a top of the range VW with a lovely color.

Loving for Ford Ranger, the shape and the obsidian tires are lovely. I was looking online then messaged a guy called Gary at Phantom, I thought he was just a nice guy and looked after me. Good experience, all the lads were really good and even offered me a coffee.
