Overall experience was good, did take quite a while appraising my part exchange, I had to pay for tyres and for a missing under tray. When I got home had my new car checked by Audi they said I need 2 tyres and a missing under tray on new car which was disappointing but we like car.

Everything went to plan and can't fault the help and how easy everything was to get finalised. Overall delight with the car. Just very happy with how everything went and how I was dealt with was spot on.

Honestly, it was a an overall good experience buying from Phantom Motor Company, the Porsche is amazing and I love it! Amir the salesman was a great help, he explained everything and we had a lovely test drive. This was my first time buying from a dealership and even though it was super busy and there was a bit of a wait time they worked hard to get things sorted quickly. I don't think I'll be keeping this car too long, so think ill be back in about a year.

Phantom were fab, the whole experience was nice. I'm enjoying the car & I really like the look of it.

Bought cars, bought houses no one better or friendlier for information and I mither yet never too much trouble even aftercare when issues nothing to do with him her was great so I will. Regardless any model in the future I need, my first call is to Phantom

I’m the easiest person the salesman was going to deal with as buying is concerned. Phantom was the closet dealership with a white VW Touareg, I knew I wanted it and I knew I was driving home with it. The fella I dealt with was knowledgeable, but he didn’t need to be as I was having the car anyway haha! The dealership was nice and clean. I do want to give a special mention to the the lad who delivered the vehicle I can't remember his name but he was a good lad, we had a good long chat as well.

Gary at Nuneaton car sales was brilliant! I had a similar car to the Seat Leon previously, so I went for a bit of an upgrade and an automatic instead of a manual, and I'm definitely noticing the difference. It is driving well.

We have been enjoying the car, and the people at Phantom did a really good job. They were helpful and quick and did everything we needed them to do. Phantom Motor Company are a really good company, and we would recommend them to others.
