Car is ok. I've always had 4x4 for work so went to Phantom as they had one I liked. They said they were going to put a new glass strut on the back door but not done when I collected so gave four stars. Longin dealt with me and another guy on collection, I thought they were bang on. Took about two week to collect. I would recommend them to family and friends.

I was looking at A6’s and liked the car and the spec so went to Phantom Motor Company. On their side they were fine but I had some issues getting my finance sorted which delayed it a bit. When I was there I spoke to the saleslad who said the advisories would all be sorted but they weren’t done and i'm waiting on a part being sent to me as agreed. I had a part exchange which seemed to take forever to do their checks, other than that it was good.

We have quite a few friends we've bought from Phantom in the past, and they have a good reputation. Nia and Gino were brilliant! Chad was brilliant at chasing things up for us, as I was getting a bit impatient hahaha!

Staff were great, no problems. I may have a slight fault with a tyre pressure sensor but I may have fixed it. Apart from that, it's been great. I would use again if there was a car I wanted.

I'm doing ok with the BMW I got. I saw them on Autotrader and I live close to them so had a look and decided to get it. They were really good on the day, they kept the car back for me for 6 weeks whilst I dealt with my previous car. Communication let them down, i've been chasing the service history but i've not been getting call backs. Ellis helped get some bits sorted and it was clean and presented well on collection.

Few issues but I’m going through the warranty. I went there mainly for the warranty service they provided and the way their cars are prepped. It was good on the day. I had a walk around video but there was a lot of things that weren't picked up on the walkway video but I decided to still take the car. It took a week to collect the car. They were all friendly and nice

I've not got any problems with the car. I was looking around for the 5 series and found one with low mileage. Communication with the dealership was good. Longin was good, kept in touch and sorted out all the finance for us. I saw a video of the car and they said they would sort some scratches out but I found some mores scratches which may have been missed I’m not sure but I know they put a ceramic coating on. I do need paperwork for the warranty and also contact details for tracker team. I felt my experience was excellent, professional.
