He made a bespoke walk-around video of the car for me, and he collected my wife and me from the train station when we travelled. There was an issue we discovered with the passenger-side window on the way back up. The car is with A1 at the moment who agreed to cover the repairs.

The whole sale was rather smooth, and the car was delivered to us. We were under the impression the car would be delivered on the back of a lorry, however, it was driven down to us. During the drive, we believed the windscreen was chipped. We got it fixed locally, and Phantom reimbursed us for the costs. We also had an issue with the undertray, as it fell off and was damaged, so we had to pay for a replacement. The car has been really lovely apart from that!

The only gripe I have is when they replaced all 4 tyres on the car they have put on some budget Landsail tyres which was a bit disappointing. Everything else has been good, couldn’t complaint about anything else.

The customer service was fine, no problems. I did have one issue with the drinks compartment, which jammed and wouldn’t open again, so I took it to a Land Rover near me and paid to get the compartment fixed. Other than that, there haven’t been any issues with the car, and it’s all been good. The only reason I didn't give it full marks was because we should always strive for improvement.

Car great, I love it. I saw the car on Autotrader. Staff were great, unbelievable. I've already recommended them to work colleagues. Longing was dealing with me, got back to me really quick. He was good. He didn’t pressure me to buy and I came back few days later to get the car. Collection a week later. I'm going here all the time now. From start to finish, it was professional.

Everything has been brilliant on Phantom's part. I ended up taking the car early before the brakes were done, but they booked it back in for me. When I had an issue with the car not getting up to temp, they booked it right in for me and sorted it out. Ellis was great throughout the whole sale.
