Jon at Phantom was great! He sorted everything out and made everything pretty easy...I wasn't there long so he was really efficient. The BMW IX is my first SUV and my first EV and I'm getting on really well with it so far. Five stars all round.

Very helpful staff from start to finish of the sale. Extra bonus compliments for the after sales support i have received.
Some customers have given them a bad review. I however disagree. Jon in particular couldn't do more to be helpful. Even after the sale.

A bit of waiting around on both visits. Asked to make a contribution against the cost on the day of pickup for issues with the car which were not picked up when the trade in estimate was done. Did not spoil collection just seemed to take a while.
