I can't really fault the service or the car or the communication. There were some minor things to sort out post sale that were very tiny in the grand scheme of things and I felt I was supported there as well.

I've had loads of Land Rovers in the past but this is my first Discovery. We've driven about 1200 miles in it so far and all's absolutely fine - No issues to report. I've dealt with the guys at Phantom Motor Company before in the past, and the service was as good as I remembered.

I think what stood out to me most was Chelsea's help and support throughout the part-exchange process. I had a bit of a nightmare with we buy any car, so I was really thankful she stepped in to help find a solution. Great service all-round!

We knew we wanted a RAV4 so when we spotted one on AutoTrader that caught our eye, we contacted the dealership. It’s mainly for my wife and she’s really happy with it. She’s currently on maternity leave so she hasn’t been driving it as much yet, but I’ve heard no complaints which is always a good sign! Gary and the team at Phantom were easy to deal with and got the job done.

I needed a new work van urgently and came across a Ford Transit listed at Phantom Motor Company. I needed it as soon as possible, so I called the dealership to check its condition and decided to place a deposit over the phone. When I arrived, I was met by Kevin and was pleased to find the van had been accurately described. It’s been a reliable runner ever since and I’ve definitely put it through its paces. Really can’t fault Kevin and the team at Phantom.
