Absolutely brilliant experience all round! So far so good with the car too, no issues with it at all. I found them online because we we had our eyes on a couple of different models and we decided to pay Phantom a visit.

I came across Phantom Motor Company while looking for an estate on AutoTrader. I found a Ford Mustang, which I have wanted since I was about 8, and it was in my price range, so I bought it. I am really glad I did. Additionally, Kamren was welcoming and friendly.

I recently purchased a BMW M3, and I have only done 250 miles so far. Matt was the salesman who was helping me at the dealership. It was the last day of the month, so he was really busy, but I thought he still did well under the circumstances.

My new BMW has been brilliant. I was taken for a test drive and given the freedom to inspect the car and take as long as I would like, which I appreciated. There was a slight issue with the screen wash, which is why the rating is 4 and not a 5.

Alistair at the dealership was really good; he made the process smooth and even helped me with changing the plates. I have also been enjoying the BMW X4.

Initially, I had a few issues that I had to get resolved, but it was all done through warranty. Due to Gary, the salesman, and the overall experience, I would still give it a 4 out of 5.

The guys at the dealership were very straightforward about price and the buying process. Phantom is a good company.

My husband has been driving the car more than I have, but up to now, we have had no issues or any reason to contact the dealership, and everything when we were buying the car went smoothly, so it would have to be a 5 star rating from us.

My new Golf has been great. I have already recommended a family member who is currently looking at a car they have, and I would most definitely use them in the future when I decide to upgrade the car.

I have absolutely been enjoying the Jaguar F-Pace since the purchase, and Lewis, the salesman, was really helpful. I would recommend them to others based on my experience.
