I went to Phantom as they are quite local to me. I had to wait at the dealership for the car and I wasn't really satisfied with the trade in price but did manage to negotiate a bit on that. I did have an issue with the car since collection, but the warranty has supplied me with a replacement after market part which I've fitted but as been on holiday haven't had chance to test yet. The initial process prior and the salesman Jack were all right.

We bought a Ford Ranger from Phantom Motor Company. On the day of collection, there was no logbook, which we were not aware of. I did not want to take it without a logbook. Eventually the salesman spoke to the manager and found a photocopy of it, and then the new logbook was delivered to my house 2 weeks after, which was good. I was disappointed with the communication. We noticed some scratches on the rear quarter and were told they would be resolved. We received an email advising us they need to book it in with their garage. I sent over pictures and have still had no reply. Although we are happy with the Ford, it is for a business, so we haven’t done a lot of miles.

5, everything was simple and straight forward and had no issues

My experience was all good, four stars just because I found it hard to get a hold of them otherwise everything else was great from the minute I walked in but yeah four stars just because of that little only annoying thing. Not really a negative its not a big issue but otherwise everyone was great and the way they dealt with it I cant really fault it.

4 I am overall happy with the car I haven't had any issues with it

This is my second car with Phantom, and they are all professional and very nice people, and they know what they are doing. But the last car I bought had scratches on the roof of the car and they did not mention this. I did send a video to Chelsea and never really got a response so that’s the only bad experience, but I did contact them today and they said they will call me back but everything else is fine very professional and I am happy with the car just the scratches definitely five stars.

Longin was fab, not one of those pushy sales guys, he was really nice. The Mercedes A-class had the spec and price I was after. I also liked the package it came with.

Matt at Phantom was very good, he gave all you need from a sales rep, very helpful. The only downfall for the reason I didn’t give them a 5 is because the communication took long regarding the tires that needed work doing and the ceramic coating.

My experience with Phantom was good, the customer service was good I was happy with it. The salesman was not pushy and left me too it too look at the cars. Five stars just a smooth process.
