I reported the issue to the warranty company. I then got a quote for the work from a vat registered garage which was just under £500. The warranty company accepted this quote. I had the jib done payed for the work myself. Then provided receipts for the work and the warranty company payed me the money back the day. So very satisfied with the service and I would rate 5*

I’d give my experience a solid 5 stars. The whole process was smooth and professional, and the team at Phantom Motor Company were really helpful throughout. I’m really pleased with the vehicle and the service received. I would definitely recommend it.

The car is running sweet, no problems at all. I dealt with Kamren who's a brilliant lad, I've known him for years, everything was easier dealing with him. I'd probably go back there again when I need another car due to them having a decent collection of stock.
