I got my BMW X5 from Phantom, and it's fine. I did have an issue with the ventilation, but I got that all sorted through the warranty. Phantom were good to deal with any issues I had. Amir dealt with them. At times he was hard to get ahold of, but i understand hes a busy man and everything was sorted in the end

I’ve had a few cars from Phantom Motor Company and Longin is always great! It was no different when buying the Volkswagen Golf R from there this time, really happy with the car its brill!

Went through the sales process fine and we decided to go for a tracker and immobilizer which was abit of a headache at the start as it wasn’t explained that it wasn’t going to be done at point of sale so car was withheld for a week to be prepared. The tracker turned out to be a subscription which wasn’t outlined in our discussion but that’s been rectified now. Matt, the salesperson, was a good lad. He explained the numbers before I went through with anything. They elaborated well on everything and when Matt wasn’t around I could still speak to the other agents.

Been alright with the car but I did get an engine management light on in first week but it hasn’t come back on since. Still not got the V5 but I am chasing it. This is my third car we have bought as a family from Phantom. Car was the right spec I wanted. Everything went well on the day, payment went through quickly. Chelsea did the handover which was fantastic, everything explained.

The Mini Cooper from Phantom is fab, my wife loves it! My overall experience down at the dealership was really really good, the car itself was good value for money. The only reason I’ve not given a five is because there’s always room for improvement!

I traded my van in and was getting prices so was on phone to them quite abit. I thought they were spot on with the prices. Longin was absolutely spot on. All went smooth, quick.

I always drive Audi but I saw this BMW and I loved the colour so I went for it. The salesman Jack was great. He always replied to me instantly when I need information, very accommodating with time. Made me feel great and I got a good deal. I had the car delivered and Aaron was fantastic on the handover. Showed me everything, took me through things in the car. Absolutely fantastic car.

All good with the car. I found the dealership on Autotrader and knew what I wanted so went there. However, Phantom are sending some bits out which didn’t come with the car at the time. My experience on the day was good. The salesman was really nice, helpful, answered questions. The car was sold as described. Process was quick, about an hour and I drove away.

Ellis was brilliant from start to finish and made me feel very comfortable and confident about my decision
