I recently bought a BMW from Prestige cars kent and im over the moon with it. Its a brilliant car - great to drive and looks mega! Harry helped me with the purchase and he was spot on, a really great guy, I couldnt have asked for any more, he was helpful, polite and very responsive! Nice one.

Ive worked in sales before so I know what its like, especially car sales...I was expecting the typical hard sell you get but my encounter with prestige cars kent was not like that. Luke was fantastic, he made the whole process very easy. He was very efficient and gave it more of a personal touch which I really liked, there was no pressure or hard selling at all. Nothing was too much much trouble for him, he even followed up with a call after I bought the car to make sure everything was ok. This is a first class dealership and Im really pleased I chose to buy my BMW from here.

We initially saw the vehicle on AutoTaders and then made direct contact with Prestige Cars where we spoke to Phillip Smith. He was very helpful and informative and we arranged to meet him at their showroom the following day where we received an excellent welcome. Phillips went through all details of the car and extra services and took us for a test drive whilst our car was being valued. We came to an agreement on price, Phillip led us through the paperwork and two days later we collected our new VW Passat.

Georgie at Prestige Cars Orpington was extremely helpful in finding me my dream car. Highly professional and friendly, Georgie and Ben also offered me great advice on selling my current car for part exchange. All round, a good customer experience.
