The Audi that I bought at Prestige Cars Kent is running fine and I'm very happy with the features and performance. Joe followed up my AutoTrader enquiry and did a marvellous job, as did Jessica who took care of the handover and went through all of the finance.

This wasn't actually my first choice Mercedes-Benz CLS but after trying to purchase another and being unsuccessful due to lack of communication I'm really glad that I found this one at Prestige Cars Kent. I am truly appreciative to Richard, Michael and Louise. I'd also like to mention the receptionist who was instrumental in getting me through to the right person at the right time, I often find that businesses overlook this but it really does make the difference. They sent replacement mats to my address as promised and I couldn't be happier!

This is the first time I've used Prestige Cars Kent but I would definitely use them again. We were happy to find that the Mercedes-Benz GLC looked exactly like it did in the photographs and the team were a joy to do business with. Richard in particular was helpful and always did his best to answer my questions.

I couldn't be happier with my Mercedes-Benz C43, from the test drive I knew it was the car for me! I was well looked after by James when I bought the car and Emma on handover. They didn't have time to refurbish a couple of the wheels but it's been booked back in to have these repaired at a later date, they're even providing a courtesy car so it's no problem at all.

This was my first car from Prestige Cars Kent and I'm happy with everything so far. The only difficulty I had was around taxing the car due to a private plate but that is now resolved. The car was ready on time and collection was satisfactory.

There have been a couple of teething issues with my new BMW X5 but I'm still really happy with it. The team over at Prestige cars Kent have been efficient when booking it in to have them resolved, fitting it around my busy schedule. Lewis was very helpful and although I like to negotiate hard he handled everything well. All of the preparation work was carried out as agreed in time for collection and the girl who went through the paperwork was fantastic.

Ross was a lovely bloke all the way through when buying our Land Rover and the lady went through all of the paperwork in detail when we collected it. I would use Prestige Cars Kent again in the future and am happy to rate them 5 stars.

On the whole, I would rate the experience as excellent. We received very good service both while we were buying the Land Rover Discovery but also from aftersales. We live 4 hours away from Prestige Cars Kent but they got us booked in with our local Land Rover main dealer to have a small parking sensor issue fixed. Lewis gave us a fair price on our part exchange, and the additional warranty was also good value. Even though we are based "up North" we would 100% buy here again.

James was my salesman, who did a great job in helping me purchase my Audi A3. I love the car and it suits my needs.

When I bought my Porsche Macan I dealt with a lot of members of the team due to days off etc. Everyone was very helpful, but Josh and Jess were the two people who really stood out. When I got home I noticed there was no locking wheel nut in the car, but they were happy to help me get a new one.
