So far I can't knock my Ford Focus it's been a brilliant car and I think it was a very fair deal for a low milage car. It's taking a little bit of getting use to with it being an automatic because I've not owned one since the 80s and a lot has changed since then. When I visited the dealership I felt very well looked after, and I found Richard very informative when answering all of my questions.

Alex and Daisy were great at their job. There was no pressure while looking for a car and they also gave me what they offered over the phone for my car. I had travelled down from Nottingham but it was worth the 3 hour trip.

From the moment I enquired about the Volkswagen Golf I was very impressed with how professional and polite Joshua was. He even got me from the train station which was really nice of him because it saved me a lot of bother. As for the Golf that I ended up driving away with, it's been a brilliant car and I'm very happy with it.

Since driving away I have had 1 teething issue with my car but the service team have been really helpful and responsive to get the car booked in and sorted, so I can't complain. So before, during and after the sale I can't complain and touch wood I don't have any more issues because I love my Volvo XC90.

I'm really happy with my first Tesla Model 3. Joshua provided faultless service and patiently answered all my questions before making the big commitment to switch. I'm still getting used to navigating the Tesla app, but I'll figure it out soon enough. I'm already considering sticking with electric vehicles for good. James and Emma provided excellent service, they were very helpful and even offered me a test drive to help me make my decision. When I decided to proceed with the purchase, the car was immaculately clean inside and out when I came back to collect it. I'm rubbish with names but all I can remember is that it was a young woman in her 20s who looked after me and she was amazing to say the least. Given her age, she was very knowledgeable about the Volkswagen Transporter LCV I was interested in. Anyway, I went ahead with the vehicle and for the time I've owned it, I've only used it a handful of times for a couple of small trips but it's been great for the most part.

Nothing was to much trouble for the team at Prestige Cars Kent and my BMW 3 Series has been great for the time being so I'm happy.

The level of service I received from every member of the team at this company has been amazing! Not once did I feel let down or found myself hanging around waiting to be noticed. Every question I threw at them, I received an answer straight away and in great detail, so it gave me a lot of confidence in the car before taking it out on a test drive. I took the car out and even that was a comfortable experience. I'd highly recommend this dealership to people I know.

My Audi A4 has proven to be a highly reliable car, although the suspension is a tad on the firm side I'm enjoying it. Initially, I had my eyes set on a Golf, but the seats were too small and uncomfortable for my liking. James, the salesman, was really patient while I was looking around the cars. He was helpful throughout the process, ensuring everything went smoothly. The paperwork arrived really quickly by post, which was helpful since I was taking the car abroad. My previous car was a Citroën C6, and I got a really good price for part exchanging it in as the dealership matched a previous online quote. I even went for the maintenance plan as well, so I look forward to returning to the dealership when the car needs servicing.
