Only reason for not giving 5 stars is because everything went expected when buying a car. On the day it was all excellent and everything so far is good with the car.

If there was someone I knew who asked for a dealership recommendation, I would definitely say Prestige Cars Kent. The service I got was really good, and I got a great car that I'm happy with.

5 stars! I wouldn't change anything about my buying experience. I can't remember the salesman's name but he was really professional and helpful, and throughout the sale I didn't get pressured into going ahead with the car if I didn't want to. I managed to take the car out for a test drive before going ahead with it, which was great. The vehicle has been all good since.

Great service, very helpful team and so far my BMW 3 Series has been fine.

First time visiting Prestige Cars Kent and to be honest, everything went perfectly. The salesman that looked after me was really good. I noticed a couple of scratches on the car before taking it away, and he was able to get me booked in to get them sorted next week. Very happy with my car.

My partner has been driving the car and she really likes it. The salesman I dealt with was good as gold and provided excellent service.

This is my first hybrid car, so it’s taken a bit of adjusting, but overall I’ve been enjoying it. When I went to collect the vehicle, it was valeted to a very high standard and ready to go, which I really appreciated.

I came across Prestige Cars Kent while searching for a specific Mercedes C43 AMG, which I eventually found online after a while. The overall experience was good, and I don’t think there’s anything they need to improve.

Customer service was good throughout the process, from purchasing the vehicle to collecting it. The only issue I’ve had is with the battery, which I plan to contact them about, I’m confident they’ll help me resolve it
