I’m very pleased with both the car and the team at Prestige Cars Kent. The only reason I’m not giving a full 5 stars is due to the wait when collecting the car, we had to wait for the rear sensors to be fixed and for the vehicle to be valeted.

Really enjoying the car and so far I haven't had any issues so far. I chose to take it before a small bit of detailing was done, which I’ll arrange with the dealership to get it in and sorted. But the car is as badged, and I’m very happy with it. The salesman was great leading up to the sale, and the handover team was excellent. They walked me through the whole process in a clear, friendly, and transparent way. Overall, a very positive experience. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a quality car.

No issues have come to light on my BMW X5 X Drive, it's been fine so far. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is because I had to take the car back, as I felt it hadn't been cleaned properly, but after taking it back, they sorted it out for me.

This is my second car from Prestige Cars Kent but on this occasion I purchased a car for my wife and she loves it. I think the salesman that looked after me on the day was Luke, and he was very good. Happy to give the car and the dealership 5*

Jake was a brilliant salesman and he made sure the whole process went smoothly, without any issues. I'm over the moon with my BMW M4 from Prestige Cars, it's a really good car to drive. I can't fault it my experience.

There were a few issues at the start of the sales process regarding communication but once the sales manager stepped in and took over, everything from then on went well. I do need to call up regarding getting my rims done but I've been busy with work, so I haven't been able to. As for the car, it's not been too bad, and I'm enjoying it so far.

Prestige Cars Kent would have had to go above and beyond for 5 stars, but everything went alright. The BMW I purchased is going okay. I did need to bring it back for a headlight to be fixed, and I've noticed that the bonnet is off and the light isn't in properly, but everything mechanically, I haven't got an issue with.
