I was very pleased with the service I received from Adam. He was very kind, attentive, and professional. He understood my needs and concerns and he put me at ease after a bad experience I had elsewhere. He answered all my questions and let me test drive the car. He also followed up with me after the sale to make sure I was happy with the car and that everything was okay. He went above and beyond to make me feel valued and satisfied. I love my new BMW, It drives smoothly and handles well and It's an excellent car for me and my lifestyle.

I found Prestige Cars in Orpington on Auto Trader so I decided to give them a call to see what they had to offer. I was pleasantly surprised by their friendly and professional service. Richard, their sales agent, was very welcoming and helpful. He showed me around their showroom, answered all my questions. and helped me find the car that was right for me. Phoebe, the handover assistant, was also amazing, she took care of all the paperwork and she made sure everything was ready for me to drive away in my new car. I could not be happy with the service from here and I would happily come back here again for my next purchase.

I've always wanted a Land Rover, and I finally got one from this dealership. I was well chuffed with the service I received from Thomas , the bloke who sold me the car. He was a proper sound, he didn't try to flog me anything I didn't need, he was honest and upfront about everything, and he sorted me out in no time. He doesn't just deserve a five star rating, he deserves a pay rise also. The car itself is a beauty and it's got everything I need and more. It is good for my wallet and It drives like a dream, on the road and off the road. It can handle any terrain, from mud to snow to sand. Words cannot describe how happy I am with it.

My Volvo is perfect for my needs and it has no problems whatsoever. Harry, the salesperson, was amazing. He was full of energy, humour, and professionalism. He made the whole process easy and fun. If I could rate them 10 out of 5 I would do. I've never used PCK before but I have always seen their cars on numerous websites. They have an amazing selection of really gorgeous cars. Assaf were extremely helpful, gave me some excellent advice and he was not pushy at all, really customer care delivered from him. I'm thrilled with my Audi A5 and when I'm after changing this for something more modern I will let you know for sure.

A fantastic service from Richard selling us the Cupra last month, he went above and beyond my expectations of him, his knowledge was brilliant and he was able to answer all of my questions with ease. I was allowed plenty of time looking at the car before making a decision to buy this off him. This company goes to high lengths to make sure that their customers are well looked after. Adam delivered a remarkable service and I could not have asked for anymore from him, he really surprised me because he did not come across as the pushy arrogant sales person. He was a genuine guy who cared about the customer and what they wanted not the sale or trying to get any more money out of you that what he had to. I'm ecstatic with my new Mercedes it is a beautiful car and smooth on the road.

I sincerely couldn’t recommend Prestige Cars based in Kent enough. Paul were exceptional and will stop at no lengths to ensure the customer is satisfied, Paul never pushed me into the deal and let me decide in my own time what I wanted to do. I'm totally made up with my Mercedes, it looks stunning and it drives lovely. I will be returning here again when I'm looking for an upgrade.
