I am very impressed with Prestige Cars Kent, The cars, the service and everything in between has been exceptional. I initially was great by Assaf who transferred me over to Josh, the limited interaction I had with Assaf was very friendly and positive, the experience with Josh, he was new to the role but acted in a very professional manor, he is a lovely lad and a very likable person. The car itself is amazing, I had a Honda CR-V before and I defiantly feel its an upgrade to the discovery sport. It's taken my wife so getting used to the electric handbrake and us both a while to get used to the Ghost alarm, there are a certain sequence of actions which have to be done to remove the immobilizer. It proved quite difficult to get hold of after sales car initially which is my only criticism however, a small piece of a very positive experience. Very impressed all in all.

I am really having so much fun with my new Alpha Romero Stelvio. I have always been very fond of Alpha Romero and specifically these models, I had the M2 previously which was a lot lower and smaller than this. I really love the power, performance and comfort which the Stelvio offers, I also wanted something a bit more practical than the M2. So far the car is living up to its expectation and It's so fun, I have noticed a couple things which I am not concerned about but would like to be checked, speaking to Prestige Cars Kent they have told me to bring the car in and are happy to look at and resolve any issues for me. Adam has been so good to deal with and fills me with confidence that the issues will be resolved effectively.

Everything seems mechanically well with the car, I had a Mercedes before and much prefer the A6 because of how smart the interior looks and also how much nicer it is to drive, the power it has and how smooth it handles that power is unmatched by Mercedes. There were a couple stone chips on the bonnet which I hadn't noticed until collection, I had asked if they could discount the price however, they offered to paint the bonnet instead. I didn't want to do this because when I come t sell the car, they will be able to see it has been painted so that is why I would drop a couple marks, it would have been better to have the option. This hasn't been enough to ruin the experience, I thought the service Paul offered was really good, he was friendly and attentive. Good service with room for improvement, would still recommend Prestige Cars Kent and I would definitely come back.

There has been minor teething problems with the car since the purchase, the car has been pulling to the right slightly and the mirror on the drivers side will only retract half way. Other than these issues, I am really enjoying my new Q3, the price was right and suited my lifestyle, ticks all the boxes I need from a car. Richard was very thorough and professional throughout, he has been readily available over the phone for any questions and issues which have needed addressing. Awaiting feedback and best course of action on how to resolve the issues. Really happy with everything so far, start to finish.

it's taking us a long time to get used to all the features of our new car, we bought the Lexus UX, it's a plug-in-hybrid which is very strange for us, understanding how we can switch between full electric and full petrol, the economy we are getting compared to our old S Class is of the charts and over all I am incredibly happy with the car. It is a lot small than I am used to but that was to be expected. James was exceptional, really happy with the service and he really has set the bar for used car sales experience to come. I think we will likely be back to James when we are ready for a change.

I am absolutely made up with my new Porsche Cayman, the car is flawless, really nice and lots of fun to drive. I have invested in the peace of mind of a 4 years servicing plan and 2 years warranty which seems nice and comprehensive. It's being driven sort of bi-daily at the moment, I still have my Audi and I pick and choose the journeys I want to take the Porsche on. Paul looked after us very well and made the process understandable, comfortable and his customer service was second to none, really professional and he seems to take a lot of pride in his job. My only criticism would be the duration of time taken on the hand over, it was a couple hours all in all, Josh was a lovely lad and did a really good job but if this process could be streamlined I would have given 5 Stars all round.

Picked up our lovely Merc from Prestige Cars Kent. We went to view the car after being let down by another dealer. We were initially served by two lovely young men who were both friendly and professional, explaining the company ethos. They both seemed very proud and positive about the company and how they all help each other out. We were taken out the for a test drive and we decided to buy the car. We needed it very soon as we had sold our car so they made sure the car was ready quickly and the car was spotless, so thank you to the valets for this. I really enjoy driving the Range Rover Sport I bought from Prestige Cars in Orpington. Harry were helpful and exactly the type of salesman you want to look after you whilst making a car purchase. Started in 2012, Prestige Cars Kent is a family-run, independent dealership based in Orpington, Kent. We stock more than 200 prestige cars from Audi, to Rolls Royce. Each car undergoes a thorough 175-point inspection prior to sale and is supplied with a 12-month Warranty, underwritten by ourselves.
We are able to take in existing cars as part exchanges, and are able to offer finance options (we are authorised and regulated by the FCA). With a large panel of lenders, we are able to provide the best solution to meet individual circumstances.
Selling hundreds of cars a year, usually with a Service Pack, has driven demand to provide car servicing. Whilst we have delivered this for a little while now, in early 2020 we were delighted to open our dedicated car Service Centre, just down the road in Orpington. With 13 service ramps, manned by main-dealer trained technicians using the latest equipment, our aim is to provide better service than a prestige main dealer at a considerably lower cost.
