I was looking for a new car online when I came across the website of Prestige Cars. I was impressed by their selection of vehicles and their customer testimonials so I decided to give them a call and book a test drive. I was greeted by Paul Marriner who was very friendly and a professional gentleman. He showed me around the showroom and introduced me to the car I was interested in, a Audi with low mileage and excellent condition. He explained all the features and specifications of the car and he answered all my questions patiently and honestly. I took the car for a spin and I was amazed by how smooth and responsive it was. After the test drive Paul invited me to his office and he showed me the paperwork and explained the terms and conditions of the sale. He was very transparent and straightforward and he did not pressure me or rush me into making a decision. He respected my budget and my preferences and gave me some time to think things over. I decided to go ahead with the purchase as I felt that I was getting a great deal on a great car from a great dealer. I am absolutely thrilled to bits with my Mercedes. I haven't done much mileage in it as I don't go out often but I am well happy with the car. Harry, Emma and Phoebe were amazing, there were a couple of slight issues with the car on the day of collection but these were resolved very quickly and my Audi is an absolute joy to drive!
