James and Josh were both excellent. James gave me all the information I needed, and Josh handled the handover smoothly. The car is lovely to drive and they have been very responsive to any questions I had. They are very professional and friendly and I have no complaints at all. I would definitely recommend them and this dealership to anyone looking for a car.

Such a decent company to deal with. Harry was nothing like your typical salesman giving it the hard sales spiel or trying to put any kind of pressure on me to make the sale, instead he listened to what I wanted and he tailored a package about the things that I needed. He was so laid back, great to deal with and I would recommend Harry to anyone looking for a new car purchase. I'm made up to pieces with my new BMW and when I'm wanting to change this for something different I will be sure to let you know.

We had a great experience buying our Mercedes from Josh. He was very helpful and efficient and he explained everything clearly. I was able to get the car I wanted in just one day, we went to look at it on the Friday and bought it on the Saturday morning. I guess you would normally have to go through all the pre production stuff but Josh ran through everything there and then so we were able to drive away in our new Mercedes that day. I would highly recommend him and this dealership to anyone looking for a Mercedes or any other car that they have available.

I'm fully satisfied with my Audi A3 purchase from Prestige Cars, it is a nice car and I'm really enjoying it. The car was well presented on handover, in immaculate condition and well valeted. Harry did a great job going through everything with me and provided me with a first class service. An excellent service, no pressure, left to browse and inspect at my own leisure and delighted with the car I bought last month from here. I would not post anything until I knew for sure I was happy with it. A very clean car, low mileage, and at a fair price. Myself and my wife were on the search for a new car and we originally went to another dealership but my wife did not like the salesman so that was that. My wife told me to look on ebay but I was a little reluctant in doing so at first but in the end I did and this is how we came across Prestige Cars in Orpington and it was ideal for us both because it is on five minutes away from where we live. Adam that assisted us through the sale of our Jaguar was a nice man, he took his time going through everything and did not pressurise us into anything. He let us take the car for a test drive and our mind was made up to buy the car because it drives like a dream. Hopefully this car will see us right for a while but when we do need to change it we will certainly be back here again and recommend to all.
