What a great dealership! Friendly and genuine staff who have provided superb after sales service for me when some work needed to be done on my Land Rover Freelander. I live in the West Midlands but thanks to the service I received from Daniel, Mark and Everton, I would be willing to travel back here to buy my next car in a few years time without hesitation.

Evoque Dynamic manual 2014. My dream car since 2011, but way out of my reach to buy brand new. this year I finally had £30k (at a stretch) and searched for months for a low mileage, pristine preowned model. I viewed overpriced cars at LR dealers in swanky showrooms who would not drop their prices or offer me a fair p/x for my car. I'd seen an advert for a fairly priced, low mileage model but was extremely hesitant about spending this amount of money, buying from a general car sales garage, that was some distance from me, as thought i wouldn't have the same warranties, security and after sales service. But In the absence of anything else available on the market, i thought OK, i'll just go and have a look, check it out.... Well, i fell in love with the car at first sight, i was left alone to check it over thoroughly, I was then given the keys and told 'take it out' on my own WOW! obviously nothing to hide here. and on top of that, i was offered a very fair p/x on mine. so i bought it, picked it up the following week. There is no hard copy Service Book for land rover now, it's all 'online' so it wasn't until i received the log book back from DVLA that i discovered the car was well overdue a service. My heart sank! I needn't have worried. I contacted Daniel, who responded immediately, apologised for the oversight, told me to book it into my local dealer and he would pay the bill (in excess of £600). He was true to his word and paid the garage directly. I cannot recommend this garage highly enough, wholly trustworthy, no pressure to buy. The cars sell themselves, high quality stock at sensible non-inflated prices. If you want to pay more - go to a main dealer, they are more than happy to charge you a premium price for the same specification of car. 1 month on = all good:) Yes - I would buy another car from here, no hesitation. Thank you PS - I'm a woman, not that it should make any difference, but in some garages it does! PPS - it doesn't matter if your budget is 3K or 30K, it's your hard earned money that you cannot afford to lose, and you need to know that you are buying from someone you can trust.

After looking for the last two months for a 'low millage, one owner' 350 E coupe, I extended my search from 60 miles to 80 on Autotrader; finding my perfect car at Sarah Cox Cars. After a quick internet search and finding only good reviews, I made the trip to Lowdham; the car was in fantastic condition, like new and after a test drive did not hesitate in making the purchase. The sales team were great, no pushy sales techniques just a straight forward up front transaction. I have been driving the car a week now and am extremely pleased with the purchase; for the condition of the car and low millage I don't think I could find a car to match for the same price. All round good experience and I would not hesitate in using Sarah Cox Cars again.

I bought a Honda accord gt and I had some problems with the car since the first day I had it when I rang Daniel he was ready to help.i thought my car was cursed and I didn't had no luck with this car but Daniel was always there to help me and every problem I had he sorted now my car is running lovely and I'm able to enjoy my new car I do recommend this dealer to anyone is looking for a honest dealership. I dealt with Sarah Cox Cars in rather unusual circumstances. I was planning to buy a new Mercedes E Class via brokers Carfile who offered friendly and helpful advice and a great discount even on this brand new model. They suggested I traded in my existing E Class for cash with Sarah Cox Cars and was offered a good cash deal over the phone. I then found that the new E Class does not suit people of my height (5' 6") so decided to buy a nearly new (Jan 2016) run-out model E Class for almost 30% off list from Mercedes of Bradford. I did not expect Sarah Cox to still honour their earlier offer but I rang and explained the situation and they did without hesitation. I delivered my car to them yesterday, Mark Cox transferred the funds as agreed and they gave me a lift home (40 miles). The funds were already in my bank account! They are nice honest people, sell some lovely cars and are a great alternative to main dealers. I would recommend them to anyone.

I would definitely recommend Sarah Cox cars, The whole family was made to feel welcome with no high pressure salesmen in suits. I found Daniel to be helpful, honest and made the whole process of purchasing my most expensive car a pleasant experience :-)
