We bought a Mercedes e280 2008 from Shirlton Car Sales Ltd at a cost of £7,000 and was told it comes with two keys only for one key that was for this car. I rang and rang Shirlton Car Sales with no luck, we also have got loads of problems with the car and they (Dave) do no reply to us. I am now in the process of taking them to court.

I bought a mitsubishi l200 and paid for delivery all was good BUT then 5 hours before arranged delivery time i had a email to say its broken and wont be delivered so a refund was offered ... i was told it was being prepared on the monday and delivery was for the following thursday ...not prepared/and broken on the same day as delivery! ! David was apologetic on the email but its still lack of respect to not phone a customer to apologise especially as its cancelled hours before i was supposed to see it on my drive . That same night it was re listed on ebay but with a different title :0 !! My uncle phoned the next day as a customer wanting to buy it and was told its sold !!!?? i guess by the same unsympathetic and dont give a sh*t guy i spoke to . and i never did get the £30 i paid to do a bank transfer they requested. Plus i had to cancel the insurance . Anyway that's my experience ,and not saying more of their sales has turned out like mine.
