I bought a Peugeot 207 from Tom Poole Cars back in January. The car has been back in twice for repairs with issues being present after only a couple of weeks. I am still having some issues with the guy which I am stuck with now. The dealers were really friendly and I would recommend them if they are local to you but not if you have to travel incise you have issues.

Bought a car from Tom Poole Cars 12 months ago. It has been brilliant from the day I had it. Have just been back to him for a service and MOT. Very reasonably priced. Found staff there most helpful. Would recommend him to any one looking for an older car.
Seemed a lovely guy at first but after having two things go wrong in the first three months (1 oil leak - 2 no heating) found him to talk over you and does not let you speak, made me feel like he was doing me the favour by fixing the car. It has now been five months since having the car and now a problem with the raditor leaking, took to my local garage who have advised me not to spend any more money out on this car as it's not worth it! Oh and that it still has an oil leak! He had the money in full and now I'm stuck with a faulty vehicle and he's had my cash. I would NEVER recommend Tom Poole Cars. And I noticed he was advertising my old car that I part exs as having full service history which I know it didn't!!!

Brought a hond a cr V approx 5 hrs ago never had any mayor problems with it have brought 2cars off Tom before never had any problems .5yrs ago not 5,hrs. Shall buy again off Tom .
I needed a car in a hurry and found a great deal from Tom Poole Motors. The car was MOTd for me before I drove it away. Have had it over a month now and it's been great: everything that I was looking for and a great little runaround. Tom came over as a really lovely guy too - great service all around and I would definitely recommend him.
Brought a Kia 4 weeks ago from Tom Poole Cars and was promised he would take a look at the Arial.HE NEVER DID and it is still faulty now. Very pushy guy who talks over you and does not let you speak. It has been 4 weeks since having the car and now a problem with the immobilizer, not good as every time you want to start the car you need Green Flag out. He had the money in full into his bank and now doesn't seem to care about his customers post sale. I'm stuck with a faulty vehicle and he's had my cash. He doesn't want to know now. I would NEVER recommend Tom Poole Cars nor this man who dealt with me.

This guy is a complete prick, I bought a car of him and had some problems but basically didn't want to know, stay clear.....
There was a slight bump, from the person before who had the car, found this out the day after I got it, a mechanic made me aware of this. Didn't take it into them but did call afterwards to ask Tom Poole Cars, said they wasnt aware of this,i cant comment on it and say if they did or didnt know about because i didnt spot it so maybe they didnt, i dont know. But not sure i would recommend them based on this.
