5 star rating excellent service . There were no locking wheel nuts or parcel shelf with the vehicle when we went to view the car . They said they would send a new shelf and wheel nuts out to us and sure enough they arrived a few days later . Very pleased. I'd just like to add that we were very pleased with the overall service provided by the lads and we would definitely recommend the garage

The customer service and smoothness of the transaction especially with travelling a distance for the vehicle. Phil and Charles were fantastic. They allowed us to fully look at the car without interference which you get at a lot of dealerships, since buying the car a month ago I have no issues with it. Very happy with the service provided to me.

I can't fault Warwick Hall Cars for their aftersales service. Although I've experienced a few issues with my A Class since buying it, the dealership's working with me to resolve them. I do wish the repairs were completed more quickly and in a single session, as having to travel back and forth from London has been frustrating. But I guess I'm just pleased the repairs are being addressed.

I would give Warwick Hall Cars a 4 rating. The service was good, the price decent and the issue we had with the car was solved quickly and smoothly.

One of the best dealerships I've ever been to! I recently purchased a Toyota Verso, and the car is running great with no issues at all—we’ve really tested it out on some long drives. We previously had a Toyota Corolla, which was about ten years older than this one, so it’s definitely a nice upgrade. Everyone at Warwick was helpful and super friendly. We worked with a few different people at the dealership; it was very much a team effort, and it was just outstanding. The whole process was also super quick yet efficient—we weren’t sat around waiting once. I will definitely 100% be going back in the future, and I can't recommend them enough! First time using this dealership, really nice people. The process was quick, and I found it to be very A-class service. I would definitely go back to them. I have given the vehicle I purchased a good run around with a few trips to Blackpool and back, and everything is running smoothly with no problems so far. When I picked up the car, which was ready on time as they said, there was no waiting around. It was cleaned very well, which I was happy about. 5 out of 5.

This was my first time going to Warwick Hall Cars. I purchased an Audi A3. I have had one in the past, then I got a Golf, and now I’ve gone back to an A3 as I find them to be great, reliable cars. It was a good experience at Warwick. The service was great, and everyone was friendly. When I picked up the car, it had been cleaned, and everything was in order and completed for me. It was, all in all, an easy process. I would recommend the dealership.

I recently purchased a Mini Countryman from Warwick Hall Cars. The service I received was great, and the team helped throughout the whole process. The dealership is brilliant; it was my first time going to them despite living quite locally, and now I know I will definitely be going back to them in the future. I really recommend them to anyone looking for a helpful dealership.
