I have had a warning come up that I need to change the oil which shocked mea bit as I have just purchased the car. Apart from that hiccup everything else is amazing, really pleased with the car, great to drive. The service from the staff was fine so I would give a 4/5.

I am really pleased the Mercedes I recently purchased, it is a great vehicle, if I had any issues they were sorted straightaway. The service was absolutely bang on, couldn't have gone any better. I have no complaints at all.

It's a beautiful car I love it, it's such a nice drive. The only issue is there's a service light on but it doesn't really affect the car at all. The salesman on the day was spot on, he had to get home for 4.30 on that day, and he stayed behind to get me sorted out. There was no rush, and he helped me sign all the paperwork. I'd 100% go back there and I'll happily give them 5 stars.

The process was quick. So far the car is ok except I later found out that on the car door there's a seal which was taped up. The service was ok, I'd definitely consider going back there.

There's one issue to start with - I still haven't had the V5 through yet which is a bit worrying. Aside from that, I'm enjoying the car, I've got nothing but good things to say. The guy that I spoke to was incredibly helpful, very polite, he chatted with me for about an hour whilst sorting the paperwork, showed me the car, it was probably the best experience buying a car that I've had.

I am loving the car, but I'm waiting on someone to get back to me regarding a logbook issue. An acknowledgment from them that they are sorting/have sorted the issue would be appreciated. They were very accommodating, the whole experience was fine, it's just the last little bit - communication goes a long way.
