the guys were great , understanding. the fault wasn't the sales staff only the car that was at fault and they couldn't do enough .resolved without hassle .a credit to industry

This is the second time I've bought from Warwick Hall Cars, and I found them brilliant to deal with. I appreciate that they don't pressure you like other dealers and let you view at your own pace. I've gone back to manual after driving an automatic, and now that I've gotten used to it again, it's smooth to drive.

This was my first time buying from Warwick Hall Cars as I came across them by chance via Autotrader and they did provide good service during the buying process. Unfortunately a few issues popped up with the car since collection which have mostly been resolved.

no messing about, from viewing car to picking it up the whole experience only took three and a half days. Viewed the car Saturday morning, requested a new key as main key was damaged this had to be sorted on the Monday and that was the only reason why I had to wait until Tuesday to pick up the car . Very happy with service , and so far the car has been everything I was hoping for .

helpful and informative staff made the sale easy and no problem with a couple of minor after sales issues that were sorted immediately. The valet could have been better, hence 4 stars

The sales people I dealt with were lovely and fantastic. Very happy with the service. Had a few issues appear post sale but nothing too major.

there was a missing, and little delay on car. Service was paid by the dealer after I done it, which bumped up my rating up. Overall quite happy. Will now have to see how car performs in several months to know there are no issues.

Couldn't say anything bad about this dealership. My sales process with them was done online and it was smooth, and they sorted out the delivery for me.
