We travelled 6 hours to get there and we dealt with a gent called Charles - we had a chat, he offered me a couple of drinks and he was very welcoming, we were really happy. The car was ready to go, the deal was done and we drove away. I'd give them 5 stars top marks.

The customer service staff were really good - I reserved the car online and they were straight in touch with me. I was really pleased with all the dealings with them to be honest.

I've realised that the car isn't suitable for the business I want to use it for and they don't seem to have any others available currently. The staff were fantastic though, they attended to me properly.

Easy transaction, nice guys, everything went fine. I'm enjoying the car I'm just trying to figure it out so far. The thing I liked was I went a couple of other places and they wouldn't take cash but Warwick Hall would which was good.

There was some small problems at the beginning with the car but Joe and Charles sorted the issues out they were brilliant, the communication was great. I would go back there again.

They were very nice, very helpful. I've done quite a few miles in the car so far and I'm really enjoying it, no real issues . The staff were really nice - I didn't really know what car to buy, and they ended up giving us loads of advice about choosing one and we managed to have a good test drive too. I'll definitely be going back there!

It was a great service, everything is very good. I did notice after a few days there was a noise on startup though - I will ring them about it soon. Apart from that I'm really enjoying the car!

The car is very good. She's nice I like her - quite a big step up from my last car though! The staff were really nice - it took us about 2 and a half hours to get there - we had a good long test drive and they were really patient with me with no pressure. We've never really bought from a bigger dealership before and they were very good.

The experience was very good. The main screen goes off and on intermittently though so I'm taking it back tomorrow to get fixed. I found them online because I was looking for an Avensis. They had one so I decided to pay them a visit and I'm glad I did.
