It was a bit difficult doing a lot of the stuff over the phone, as that is not my strong point, however we got there in the end haha! They are a local dealership to me which is very convicent. Obvisoluty I went to pick it up in person. It was cleaned and prepared beautifully for me, couldn't have asked for anymore.

Brad was more than good! From the very start he provided excellent customer service. When we arrived he didn't bother us and just left us to it until we needed him. He trusted us to take it for a test drive and wasn't [pushing us to look at other options or add ons. He was welcoming, offered us a drink and was just polite throughout the entire time we were there. He made sure the car was in perfect condition for us going to extra mile to sort of the tyres. I couldn't recommend him enough, great salesman. And the car I am very pleased with, it is my runaround car and I have been using it everyday without any problems.

Absolutely love my car bought from here. There was an issue a week or so after I bought it and Jamie made sure the issue was sorted with no dramas and provided my with a courtesy car while mine was fixed. Great customer service. Thank you!

We do not regularly change our car,the previous car we had for seven plus years. It is not usually an enjoyable experience for us, but when we contacted Charles at Warwick Hall Cars, it was a relaxed and informative experience. We chose a car, following a test drive,and it was delivered to our home address,as we lived some considerable distance away.Charles sorted two queries following delivery,and we are happy with our 'new used car purchase'

I knew what I wanted and what to look for which helps as I travelled a long way to view. Car was well presented. Only thing I'd say is the area isn't too good for a test drive very busy and alot if speed bumps. Nevertheless all went well and no issues so far

I went with my partner to purchase a vehicle. The Service we received was excellent, I felt that the dealership really shined for the fact they didn't put any pressure on the sale, didn't feel pushed and that the decision was ours to make. However if we had any questions they were more than happy to assist and give us advice, it definitely installed confidence in us to purchase.
