I’d been looking online for a while for a Mitsubishi Outlander, and I came across Warwick Hall cars via Autotrader, and touchwood the car has been great to us. It’s a champion honestly. Everything was just so simple and easy. And the car matched the description and pics that were posted online. So, was really pleased knowing I wasn’t being catfished by a car haha. Will be back at some point for the next car.

The Citroen is a perfect car. Charles was brilliant, he sorted all the paperwork out for me, so I didn’t have to deal with it. Literally think I was in there and out within 10 minutes. Even while I was messaging Charles to ask him questions, he was constantly responding, telling me what I needed to know.

I recently got a new Renault and I’m happy to say it's been running perfectly. Found the dealership on Autotrader and had a great first visit. The staff was super helpful and friendly. They made everything easy and stress-free. I don't expect to have any issues with the car for a few years, but I'll definitely go back there for my next car or any maintenance. Came across these guys online, and they did not disappoint. It was a lot better than I anticipated. Everything was sealed through. Just everything was great. The car, the customer service, the dealership. There was no stress, and no delays with the paperwork on the day, which is what I loved. The car was absolutely spotless, and I love my new Dacia Sandero.

Really straightforward dealership. If you want to be in and out buying a car, head down to these lot. Literally was just so quick, and their service in general is just smashing. It was a first time visit to these guys, but it won’t be the last! And the Ford is driving perfect as well.

Service as good as this is difficult to find these days… I really am impressed with their aftersales service. Brought a Nissan Qashqai from these guys, and although I had a few minor problems with it, they were excellent. They sorted it out for me straight away, with no hassle. I have already asked the if they get something similar in to let me know, as I want to purchase a second Qashqai, and I want it to be from these guys again. All round great dealership with no issues and no stress.

Huge thanks from me for the guys down at Warwick. Was such an easy process I can’t lie. They’re local to me, so when I saw online, they had the 1 series, I went down. I had been to quite a few car dealers before, but this was the one. I was impressed with their customer service. When I got there, they handed me the keys and left me to it. Just let me get on with it, in my own time. So not having that pressure really was great. Once I decided this is the car for me. They did all the paperwork for me, and then let me know it’s ready, so all I had to do was log in and sign the agreement. They were just really good and straightforward, so I would suggest them to others.

Was looking for a Kia online, and this garage seemed like the best contender. Glad I went for it, because I’m thoroughly enjoying it. Their customer service was absolutely spot on, and they were a very strong contender. Can’t think of anything they’d need to improve on if I’m honest. Everything was just great, so safe to say I would come back.
