The gentleman who dealt with me was very friendly and accommodating. The car was clean, has been a great purchase.

Everything went well with my purchase. When I was offered a test drive, it was nice to have an independent drive as it give me plenty of time to test everything out. When it came to the handover, I felt the car was well presented and in superb condition inside and out.

I can't remember the salesman's name but everything went really well. This was my first time visiting the dealership, and it all went well without any issues. The service was smooth and quick. I can't think of anything that could have been 5 out of 5, but it was an amazing service.

This is my second Ford Ka so it was an easy to get used to when I drove away but it's going really good, I'm enjoying it. This was my first time getting a car on finance but I felt that the salesman explained everything really well to make sure I understood what was going on. The only reason for 4 stars is because of the opening times and working around work.

I've had a car from these guys before because of the great service they offer. This time was no different, the communication throughout was good, and not once was I pressured into the sale. The car has also been perfect, so I can't complain.

The Kia Sportage has been a fantastic family car. It has been doing well and is used daily. Customer service was excellent, the team was very flexible when it came to picking it up. On the initial test drive, there was a small issue with the battery and camera, but both were sorted before collection and haven't been a problem since. Very happy with the experience. I'd definitely consider using Andrew James Cars Ltd again when I next need a car.

The missus drives the Qashqai we bought from Andrew James and so far, so good - I've not had any complaints as of yet which is always a good sign. We dealt with Andrew who's genuinely a decent bloke. Everything about the purchase was pretty straightforward and I can't complain about a thing.

The Berlingo I bought from Andrew James Cars is lovely, but the guys are who really made the experience. They're absolutely great! Really nice people and it was a pleasure meeting them. it's a brilliant little dealership and I'd highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. I honestly can't praise them enough and I'd award 11/10 if I could.
