It was nice and easy because we knew what we wanted. It was an easy transaction, Andrew who dealt with us was a professional chap who didn't pressure us at all - we were allowed us take the car out on our own to make up our own minds. I'd give them 5 stars.

The process was really quick. It didn't take long because I loved the car straight away, so I didn't really ask many questions because I have been looking for a while and I did lots of research myself. Honestly they were good as gold, I can't think of anything bad about my experience.

Great Service. Went to view a car I've seen on their website, friendly welcome. Viewed car on the Saturday collected new car on the Tuesday! Quick turn around. Car is brilliant. Very happy! Would definitely recommend.

The experience was amazing with the dealer. Anything I asked they had the answer to, I found the car online, had a test drive then they sorted everything out for me. I'm absolutely over the moon with the car to be honest.

Andy and James were very professional throughout. The car had some issues with the stop start system so they changed the battery for me and they even provided a courtesy car whilst they were investigating the issue. I'm happy with my experience and I'm already recommending them to family.

"Easy, no pressure purchase!"

All ok. The car came with a towbar package but didn't have the european socket but Tesla replaced it for free. It was a really easy purchase, really straight forward. They forgot to give us the CCS adaptor for charging but once we let them know they sent it straight out. The salesmen were absolutely perfect, they let me view the car in my own time without any pressure which was great.
