Van has been grand so far, i have nothing to complain about it was good service. It did take a little longer than expected to get ther van however it was over the christmas period so I will give them a bit of leeway. everything is running well mechanically as far as I am aware.

Before they delivered the van it was checked and they notified that it had a slight issue they had it fixed and kept me updated throughout and delivered it they day they said more then happy with there service and van highly recommend

4/5. Ask for the chip in the window to be fixed. I notice it wasn't done , when drive van home. I'm in conversation about it.The guy send he done it.

Everything has been fine so far, I have to give praise to ben for his amazing customer service. He was easy going, didn't put any pressure on the sale and just nice to talk to. We didn't feel like we were just another sale but more like valued customers and the whole thing was very relaxed. He deserves 5 stars a;; the way.

Everything has been going well with the vehicle I got, happy with it. Customer service was all good, the only thing I would say that needs improving is the communication side as I was told there would be a 2-3 week wait until I could pick up the Nissan. When it got to week 3 I just wanted an update with the date I would be able to collect, I did call up and was told someone would contact me but they didn't call back. Other than that everything else was fine and when I did go to collect everything was ready to go when I got there and it was quick at that stage. I would rate my overall a 4/5 it would have been 5 if the communication was stronger.

I did know Tom prior to going wheelers and was pleased to see it was him who was helping with the sale, he was very helpful, I couldn't fault him. The whole thing went smoothly I am very pleased with it all. The only thing was there was a few weeks until I could get the van, however he did let me know of this prior and kept me updated so that was no problem and I am pleased with the van itself.
