Purchased a Land Rover Discovery on the 17th of January 2025. On the second day of this purchase the car broke down in Devon. I therefore had to get it recovered back to chipping Norton via my own means to get it repaired. After (approximately) another month, the engine management light came on which meant I had to take it back in the garage to be repaired again. I was without a vehicle for two weeks and unable to work. After another week the engine management light came on again, and for the third time returned back to the garage for repairs. Each visit to the garage involved different diagnostics. In my experience with the workshop, Andy and his team have met my needs and paid for all work carried out on the car which I speak highly of, however my experience with the sales team has been very poor. I have had very little response from them despite many attempts of trying to contact them to request a quote to return the car. I’m still currently waiting for a returned phone call which I reassured would happen today. I feel that I have been sold a car that is unfit for purpose and am now becoming increasingly frustrated with this situation as it is not being resolved.

I called into Wheelers to view a car. We were greeted by Ben, who showed us around it and then left us to mull it over with no pressure. Full marks for that. We decided to go ahead with the purchase and were delighted to find on collection, the car had gone through their workshop and had new brake discs, pads, and wiper blades fitted free of charge. I have never experienced that from any other garage without having to insist on work being done. Well done, Wheelers. Will definitely use again for future purchases.
