Can’t fault the guys at Wheelers Chipping Norton — Ben sold me the car and he was really good. Easy to deal with, professional, informative...spot on. I'm not exactly local but I don't see why I wouldn't go back. If they had the right car most definitely, just not quite yet ha! All good & happy.

My husband has bought from Wheelers in the past, and every time we've been, it’s always been such an easy process. This time I was in the market for a new car, and just like my husband's experiences, everything was smooth and stress-free. The staff at the dealership (especially Amber and Ben) were so helpful and approachable. They explained everything clearly and made the whole process feel more like a day out with the family than a typical car purchase. Communication was excellent, even after the sale, and I’ll definitely be returning when it’s time for an upgrade. Thank you, Amber and Ben, for making everything so easy for me!

My Ranger is doing very well. My only qualm was that the car was fitted with a part-worn tyre instead of a brand new one. That aside, the car has been running smoothly since I got it, and I’ve had no issues. I did feel the handover was a bit rushed when I collected the car, but I’m not putting that down to the dealer, as they did seem to be understaffed at the time — so it was understandable. Overall, it was a good experience, and I can definitely see myself going back in the future, especially as I found the prices very competitive.

I can’t recommend Tom enough, he was on the ball, kept to his word, and everything he said would happen before I collected the car did happen. I’ll definitely be going back when I’m next in the market for a car. I was a little unsure if the service had been completed upon sale, as the invoice they gave me seemed a bit cheaper than I would have expected, but this could be due to a inhouse garage. It wasn’t a big issue, I just got the car serviced at my local garage once I had it for my own reassurance. Tom had excellent communication before, during, and after the sale. I’m currently driving a Suzuki, which I have for another month before I need to return it, so I haven’t had much chance to drive the Seat since buying it. From what I have driven so far, it drives amazingly well. It’s currently nicely tucked away in my work car park, all covered and waiting for its time to shine. The salesmen I dealt with at Wheelers were good, I did feel the process was a little rushed, but it didn’t take away from the good service they provided.
