Picked up the van last week and so far, so good. Most of the process was handled online and via email so I didn’t have much direct interaction with the dealership, but the few dealings I did have with Tom were all perfectly fine.

This isn't our first car from Wheelers, we've bought a couple from them in the past and the service has always been excellent every time.

I'm at work all the time so haven't used the Navara much, but it does what it needs to do. Tommy and the chaps at the dealership were spot-on.

The Kia Sportage was our first purchase off Ryan and Wheelers of Chipping Norton, but everything about it was really good.

To be honest, I was in a real pinch! My car broke down unexpectedly, which was a nightmare as I’m self-employed and rely on a vehicle for work. I urgently needed something with towing capability, ideally a pickup. I got in touch with Amber at Wheelers, explained my situation, budget and requirements, and within a day she came back to me with an Isuzu D-Max that fit the bill perfectly. She was absolutely spot-on and genuinely saved my bacon! She was so helpful and efficient that my fiancée's now buying a car from her too. I honestly can’t praise or thank her enough.

I’d been researching three different makes and models for months before coming across a Jeep Cherokee at Wheelers in Chipping Norton. I made an enquiry and headed down where I was greeted by Ben — who was absolutely brilliant. We discussed a deal, which Ben left on the table for me to consider without any pressure.. something I really appreciated. Long story short I went ahead with the purchase and the Jeep's been great. Ben was true to his word and promptly forwarded all documentation related to the pre-delivery service. Overall it’s been a really positive experience.

We've bought our last few cars off ben over the past few years, and he's always managed to source us exactly what we've wanted. He's that good, we'd definitely follow him wherever he went, but having said that, all the staff we came across at Wheelers of Chipping Norton were lovely and pleasant. I told Ben I was looking for a Transit Custom and it didn't take him long to source one with the exact spec I said I'd wanted. He's a good'un and works very hard, so this five star review's very well deserved for a real good chap.

Tommy was friendly, helpful and turned the car around at short notice for us.

My daughter passed her test the week before we bought the VW Polo from average Amber at Wheelers (she'll get the joke) and she's absolutely loving it. She's actually been pretty sensible in her first car and we've had no joyriding yet ha! I'm giving Amber a well deserved five stars as she done a really good job...I literally couldn't fault her. She noticed a scrape on the wing-mirror which I'd missed so she got it resprayed for me there and then. It took a while so she was good enough to drop me up to Clarkson's farm for an hour or so, then picked me back up when it was ready. Honestly can't praise her enough.
