Honestly the worst experience, i paid 4,000 for a car that looked to be in good condition, at the time of me viewing the car there was nothing unusual i was happy with the way it ran. A week later i put a deposit down which was a reasonable amount of 350 and then a delivery fee of 50. The company kept on changing the dates of the delivery so i lost out of money being home from work so a week later after putting a deposit down i finally received the vehicle. I had this car for about 2 weeks an then suddenly the engine management light came on so i spent £100 on getting it checked the mechanic i took it too said that all the warning lights came up on the dash board and it will cost more to fix then the car did to buy the mechanic suggested that the place i brought it from reset the lights so they wont show. I was hoping that wasn't the case but when i called the 3x motors and explained the situation he laughed at me and said he will call me back. He never called me back so i kept calling all week i kept being told the manager will call me but they never did, weeks later i insisted i have a full refund as im in the 30 days of purchase the company offered to fix the car but i lost trust in then and demanded a full refund. I returned the car two weeks ago which i drove 45 mins in a dangerous car, 3x motors didnt even offer or ask if its safe. After two weeks of returning tge car i have only received my refund today 15/04/23 after they said it will take 7working days for the miney to reach my account. i had to keep messaging and calling the company for my refund, when they sent me my refund it had 180 missing so when i asked why this is 3x motors said for the inconvenience which is funny because the only person who experience the inconvenience was me, i have reported this company to trade and standards and the radio station is really keen to have me in there podcast as no one wants this to happen to anyone else

Bought an BMW series 5 one month ago, and from second day on display show me an fault. Like Transmission fault, and parking brake fault. After another day screen start going blank and come back to normal as well sometimes all data is reseted (erased) by itself. Now after one month screen gone white.... i have as well warranty 1 year, but is useless because only to fix this problem cost me £1700, and warranty will cover only £250 for multimedia :D They are selling faulty cars, completely no recommend to buy from them, will work for 1-2 day and after will come up all problems.
