I bought a Q2 from German auto centre yesterday and it was a great experience from start to finish. Wade was excellent organising and communicating. He was very accommodating holding the car for us as we couldn’t view it within 48 hours. Pick up with the sales team was very easy and the most efficient service we have had collecting a car. Overall an excellent experience and with great after-sale care too. Highly recommend.

From The first moment I dealt with Wade I felt no pressure to buy. He was always helpful. And knows his stuff. There was no pushy sales. The after care has been second to none I would defo recommend Wade and his team.

Sales process: Arranging viewing and a test drive of the car was easy. Wade gave me confidence in after sales customer care if required. Warrantee and aftersales: I opted for extended 12 months warrantee - which included AA recovery. The car had a fault at 3 and 1/2 months after purchase and took a few investigations to resolve, as it was a recurring problem. This was covered under the warrantee and the work was done at local specialist garage. I am pleased the car has remaining time under warrantee, whist I gain confidence that the problem is fully resolved.
