Let me start with telling you then 99% of the vehicles at this yard are old overused in terrible maintenance condition and some of them also not too secure to drive. Chaps at the yard will I to you end disappear as soon as you have a problem with the vehicle then unfortunately both from them. The car i ve selected had a clear fault and I have been pushed to pay a deposit before to get it fix which it is not legal to do that. I changed my mind due the miserable condition of the car i chosen and asked for my deposit back but they denied. I then asked to buy the vehicle and they said was sold and my deposit lost. Gangsters, that what they are. Look at company house, that Arton Agushi has dozen of companies in UK and he scams customers here and there.. My terrible experience involved £500 deposits literally stolen by these criminals. Walk away and do not even bother to go there. Chaps like Matt and the owner Arton Agushi will rob your money and sale you a hoax. I am now in court against those criminals.

Awful brutal and dangerous I was sold a car that was not fit for purpose and a&a car sales refused to repair or refund eventually after 4 weeks agreed to repair 4 months they took to repair transmission issue eventually they threatened to sell the car at auction and give me deadline to collect When I collected the viechle it was left on the side of a road with flat tyres and has clearly been there weeks at least Once I started the viechle there was warnings alerting me to transmission fault break faults and Handbrake faults Thankfully I did not attempt to drive the viechle even after I was told it was safe as I am confident it would of ended in a serious accident The car struggles when you use the accelerator and jolts and this was visible when to myself and I am in no doubt a&a car sales never had any intention of repairing or refunding me the £6000 paid I had the car a month and it broke down thick black smoke and would not move i was quoted £2000 to repair 4 months later and to add to insult the bullies at A&a car sales made it clear they will put people in danger to prove a point they are dangerous and brutal and the fact they took 4 months and the only repair carried out was minimum the car started but would of caused a serious accident if driven 60 miles on a motorway Luckily I would not risk mine and my children's safety as the car is a death trap

Just bought a small hatchback from this used car sales having viewed on Car Guru. On wanting to sell the car they are very pleasant. When you go to collect and question what they say they will do hasn’t been done they become extremely unpleasant and rude. I actually felt quite threatened! They have your deposit and they are no longer interested.. The car we bought was supposed to have been completely valeted. It hadn’t when we arrived. The boot etc was filthy. On leaving the car had obviously not been checked as we now have to get the passenger side brake light sorted and the fuel Light came on as soon as we started it so we had to limp to a garage which thank god was close! Word of warning if they say they are going to sort something out make sure you have it in writing, or it won’t be done and they won’t deduct any money for things you then have to buy to complete the car. I read another very recent google review on this company that described them as shady! I would agree.

Horrible service and experience. Rude manager, sold me a car that was malfunctioning, had to spend £1000 the day after just to fix it and make it work. Do not buy from here!

Very good and fair price, also I was able to get a lot of knowledge on what I was looking for. I was able to fullfill all my doubt and finally able to make a purchase.
I had a great buying experience, with A&A car professionals, they took me towards the stage where I was in a need to understand what all documents are needed. With the right procedure and steps, I was able to crack a deal.
The entire process went off with ease, I was through will all problems with my car, as the experts suggested to me with various steps which made me to move towards my car.
Brought jaguar last year from these rogue dealers at a cost of £1400 the car was unsafe and dangerous to drive should never have been sold gave them chance to deal with it but no response from them for your own safety look elsewhere these people only care about money and not your lives not worth dealing with I have NO choice but to give stars but I don't mean any of them I would love to give minus stars STAR CARS GREAT BARFORD BEDFORDSHIRE AVIOID AT ALL COSTS

Bought a car from them in February and the gearbox went in it within 7 weeks of me having the car. Have since spoken to them and they’re putting it down to wear and tear even though they sold me a car that wasn’t fit for purpose. They wouldn’t even listen to my side of things and reason with me. Absolutely appalling service and has happened to me before with cars i’ve bought from them, wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Horrible service
